Fabulous product makes the table look like new

The website was easy to use and the item was very well packaged to protect from possible damage in transit.

The website is easy to use. Fair price. The quality of the plywood was first class, very happy with the product. The only issue I have is with delivery which I know is a probelm for all sorts of businesses.

There are clear instructions for inspecting on delivery (I totally understand this) but is tricky from a customer's point of view. I opened the top of the box and inspected the top corners, perfect. I signed off on delivery but when I fully opened it, there were dents and imperfections on the other corners. But, I made it work.

Great first interaction - bought small (around A4 size) Perspex Acrylic Sheets and the website was easy to use, delivery on time, and the whole transaction was great. Can't comment of customer service as all done via the website. Will use again

Product is brilliant, sadly it was chipped on the 1 corner, customer service offered a replacement, however, I had paid extra for quicker delivery as need it for the Saturday and they could not replace by then, therefore, kept the damaged product.

Scammers refused to issue my refund untill Paypal stepped in and went in my favour. Disgraceful company, I’m sure they will respond to this to justify thier position, looking a previous reviews I have noticed I’m not the only one The has had this perceive issue, 35% 1 star reviews

Packaged very well on arrival and happy with purchase. Good price for custom made panelling. And a bonus being able to round the corners for the shelf. Would use again and recommend to others.

Ordered and paid extra for delivery in 3-5 days.
Order did not arrive, and was not shipped until I sent a complaint email.

I requested a refund of my delivery fee, was told I'd receive it, and I am still waiting for this two weeks later.

The product itself is fine, but the customer interaction has left me disappointed.

Having used Cut plastic previously i had no hesitation in using it again when i needed more perspex. Got exactly what i requested and in a very decent time scale. Should i require more i will not hesitate to use the company again.
