Continue to receive no communication from the company even though their response says “contact us to allow us to resolve the issue”. They are scammers and have multiple similar complaints to mine. Do not do business with them!

We are currently working with Cachet Wine Cellars and have just completed the design phase, with construction now underway. Our goal was to transform the space beneath our staircase into a custom wine cellar, and from our very first conversation, it was clear that the Cachet team had extensive experience, especially with under the stairs wine cellar projects.
So far, the entire process has been smooth and professional. Communication has been outstanding, and the team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with every step of the way. We sent a deposit of 80% down for a custom wine cellar. Over the past few months they have changedThis included commercial refrigeration, installation, design and build of the wine cellar. Over 6 months they have repeatedly told us they were going to deliver plans and would delay week by week, sending documents that were not what we asked for. We have over a hundred emails and texts validating this. Our builder and designer have been in business for over 30 years and have never seen either negligence or fraud like this. They have many videos and promises none delivered.
