Very helpful and the fastest delivery yet. The only let down was DPD Local who failed to deliver the parcel and stated they "missed" me. However, this is not a reflection on Cusompac.

Just what I needed
Easy to order for made to measure blocks and delivered quickly and easily with no hassle. Its not as cheap as I thought it would be - but I guess I never needed made to measure polystyrene before! However I wanted to put them inside big garden planters for the planter inserts to sit on so I saved a lot on compost - at least one large bag per pot as I didnt fancy filling 1 metre high columns full of compost for no real benefit! Of course the planters are much lighter to move around the garden as well and noone would ever know :-) Happy days

We bought a box of 200 cooling gel and…
We bought a box of 200 cooling gel and on delivery counted to be 195 in box. We complained to this company and they promised to send the balance of 5. Today we received 2 small thin boxes with handwritten notes in each saying this box contains 3 gels and 2 in the other. In the 2nd box was written, this box contains 2 gels and 3 in the other box. We only found 2 gels in each box to make 4, still short by 1. The question is if workers in the company suffer
from numeracy deficit.

Our apologies for the issues you had with your order. We do not manufacture or pack the gel packs, so the original 195 count was delivered to us in that way. We did try to rectify the problem and evidently a miscount on our part then meant you were still short and I can only apologise for this and pass the information on to our packing teams.
Questioning the intelligence of our workers however, over one simple mistake, is unnecessary.
