EXTREMELY PLEASED>>> COULDN"T HAVE BEEN BETTER!!!!
I am very pleased with the service and product quality I received from this company. Donna did a great job with the formatting my specialty flag, and the customer/company communications it took to make the whole experience flow as it did. It's a pleasure and relief to find, especially in this day and time; an organization that is understanding of the customer's needs and does a wonderful job attending to them. Thanks , once again for your dilligence. you guys are great!!!

Excellent Service
Custom Flag Company has made flags for our company located in Aruba on two occasions now. Both times the service has been excellent. Great communication throughout the whole process, which is key when we are located so far away. The flags are high quality and a great product. Highly recommend and will continue to purchase flags from Custom Flag Company!

I ordered 3 flags that turned out as good as I was expecting from the reviews I read prior to purchasing. If I ever need flags again I will not hesitate to reorder.

One of three of theflags that I ordered came to me yellow and not white. I’m quite disappointed because of the time and anxiety around the printing and the specifications on the colors we had talked about. I will not be suggesting your company to anyone for the job. Also, I incquired and share my information and didn’t hear back for a week until I called again to follow up. Then the ordered that I needed was a week later. The shipping was horrible and arrived 2 days late.

Odpowiedź od Custom Flag Company, Inc.
Thank you for taking time to review Custom Flag Company. We do appreciate the honest feedback. I am so sorry you are not satisfied with the color of the white flag. We would love to see a photograph of the flag to evaluate the color issue and fix the flag. Regarding the communication and shipping issue, we will discuss among our team and work on improvement of internal processes.
Custom Wedding Flag
Sam helped me with a flag for my son's wedding. The process was easy and once the final design was in place, the turn around was really fast. We couldn't be more pleased with the result, and the bride and groom love it.
