Good customer service
I rang Digital Britain on a Friday as the toner ran out. I spoke to Phil who ordered the toner. He emailed me with an update to say he had ordered the toner it had been dispatched and hopefully it would be with us by the following Tuesday latest. It was not urgent as there would have been enough ink left for copying. Phil kept me informed, great communication as ever.
The courier arrived on the Monday and even showed me how to fit it so even he was helpful and efficient. Very pleased with the service

Responsive and Capable IT Provider
This company has become our single goto source for all IT and video matters because of their quality of service. They have over several years been responsive and helpful and we now have several different items supplied and maintained by them, including our wifi network, telephones, our video wall, solar panels and printer / copier.

We just love the fact we can ring and they resolve any issue within minutes remotely. Really good service, can’t fault them.

Perfect end to end service
Perfect end to end service. Digital Britain checked what I was paying for my IT and telecoms and broadband and following their installation of new computers and phones my bills reduced to less than I was alreday paying. My computers are quicker, internet faster and I can now record telephone calls too. All the staff think the new setup is great.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. Only seem to be interested in getting you into a contract. We have been trying to sort a payment issue with them since January! Despite making numerous phone calls and sending emails we are still no nearer to a refund.

A high price for low quality service.
We pay an extremely high fee of over £600/month for a service that is far from perfect and engineers who are slow to respond (over 4 days) and incapable of helping when they finally do. I would not recommend Customer Care to any small business.

We are so dreadfully sorry to receive your comments and for any response which you have found less than perfect. Our average response/fix times across all customers and products, covering the whole of the UK, have been less than two hours for the last three years. We immediately commenced an investigation for you and have also spoken on the telephone to your colleague and arranged to come and visit you at your office to discuss your concerns and our findings. Meanwhile, we can categorically confirm during the course of our successful four years business relationship to date, since early 2019, we have responded to requests from you on 55 occasions over the four years, with no complaints and an average job satisfaction clear time of less than four hours, including installation and maintenance service work. We were delighted that Marjorie confirmed her complete satisfaction to us when Mark last came for a Customer Care visit within the last six months, to check everything out and see if you needed anything and to help with the latest new equipment.
Broadband Problem
Reverted to me very quickly with the cause of the problem and then informed me when solved.
