Haven’t been able to redeem any of my credits for weeks now. Complained and was basically said ‘tough, we will continue to charge you even if you dont get the service’.
You get 15 days to cancel subscription (on those 15 days the app works) then after that the app stops working but they tell you have signed up for 12 months so you will continue to be charged for no service and they come up with an excuse that its actually you that is doing something wrong’.

Really nice small chain with good collection of films. Bit pricey compared to other chains but much nicer experience

I went to a 15:00 screening at the new Curzon cinema in Camden. A very New York experience; overly expensive for a matinee and for someone on a small pension (17 pounds) and the rumbling of trains was fairly constant. The volume of the adverts was so high it was barely tolerable.
The film was excellent and the seats very comfortable and viewing is possible from every seat as the theatre is very small. The staff were great and I will return for another independent feature although the physicality of the cinema will take some time to adjust to. It is weird to go inside to purchase tickets and then be taken outside to the actual screening room.

Went to see Licorice pizza at the Mayfair Curzon cinema,WOW what a gorgeous place,everything here is amazing and the staff were very helpful and pleasant, Great value entertainment and i will be returning soon. Steve Pace.

AVOID CURZON WIMBLEDON
28/11/21 @ 12.45 its a no wonder curzon are closing cinemas (not to mention other cinema chains) I had a truly awful experience today Upon entering the place you buy tickets and coffee area there was no price list or what was showing there was a board displaying membership( they obviously want you to buy this) I asked what the prices were and then asked what was showing today I was told all the information is online there were 3 staff members and they couldn’t be bothered to tell me what was showing.
I gave the manager feedback he told me there was a price list it Was not in plain sight and was in very small print.
I left feeling like a difficult customer it was simple what I wanted what’s showing today how much are the tickets.
I might add it was a busy Saturday afternoon in Wimbledon and no one was in the coffee shop or buying tickets at curzon Wimbledon.
I had a look in the Odeon next door where Gucci was playing I there was a price list and times showing ( basic stuff )
But I took the cashiers advice and went online ( iam now watching a film online at home )
I look forward to seeing Curzon Wimbledon close down soon.
AVOID THIS CINEMA (go online !!!)

Recently visited the Curzon Cinema in Ripon to see the new James Bond film. Apart from the tickets being pricier than the likes of Cineworld and Empire etc., The seats were very difficult to sit in (width of the seat much less than the bigger cinema chains). So much so, when I left and returned home I discovered I had quite severe red marks on my thighs. I don’t have large hips and fit comfortable in other cinemas seats. For the experience at Curzon, I would recommend going to the Everyman Cinema as I have heard nothing but good things… and seats that you can actually fit in with drink / food service bought to your seats.

Amazing services. Good knowledge about film and be patient on all the question. All with reasonable cheaper price. Even some cinema have slow prize in the suburbs.
The website is full of information and good user interface.

Your company help people to be entertain and educated. You make cinema accessible for everyone, even poor people like me.
Wish have more company like this in UK.

an amazing example of customer service would use again

I'd purchased a DVD some time ago, and it had sat on my shelf for many months before being unwrapped and watched. I was disappointed to find it was a faulty pressing and a different film was on the disc. As it was too long ago to return to the retailer, I contacted Curzon direct to enquire about a replacement.
Excellent and quick responses to emails, I was pleasantly surprised of an unquestioning offer of a replacement disc; in the post a few days later I was overwhelmed to receive a complete box set which included the disc amongst several others! What refreshing and outstanding approach to customer service - if only all companies could be so responsive and thoughtful. Thank you.
