I ordered 3 tarps(not at the same time) all turned out great. My contact was Eric Lee. After my drawings, he improved them and communicated with me with his drawings, much easier to read. I would recommend these tarps. Live in Minnesota, tarped in the patio.

I recently received my tarp order Akon. I throughly impressed by the quality. However, I did have questions regarding the installation . Michael Davis was prompt to respond and provide helpful feedback. The information provided by Michael helped us understand the product for the future.

I custom-configured two EV Charger Cable Management Track & Trolley sets from AKON Curtains and installed them in my garage for both of my EV chargers. They’ve exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The system keeps both the cable and charging connector off the floor, so they never get dirty or damaged. Pulling the cable out to plug in is effortless, and it retracts smoothly when not in use.

Robert Baldwin was my representative and made my experience seamless. I was well informed of purchase progress and due to our need of expediency was able through him to expedite our order a few weeks.

Michael Davis reached out to me regularly letting me know the progress of my order. I had a question about the shipping cost. I called and it was explained very well. To save on the shipping cost I broke the order up into smaller lengths. Everything installed very easy and all worked out just fine.

I ordered out door curtains for my pergola. We love the material and finish. It’s accurately customized. Excellent customer service especially Michael Davis was great in helping us when we had minor issue.

The overwhelming customer service from getting a quote to the actual order to the shipping info. Even with the missing one piece of track it was a minimum time and a couple pics of the delivery to get that remedied.

Great quality! Excellent customer care

This is a real good product for our application. It was mad to the correct measurements we sent. The material looks like it will last.

We placed an order Mid-July 2025 for divider strips and the hardware. As of today, September 24, 2025, we have NOT received the hardware. The strips were delivered with no problem, however the hardware was sent back to Akon twice with UPS claiming they could not find the drop off location that they routinely use. The hardware was supposedly sent out a 3rd time, to a new location, but the package was never received. Robert Baldwin is stating UPS claims they delivered it, however at the time it is claimed to be delivered the office is closed. Robert Baldwin is now stating to receive the hardware that's already been paid for over 2 months prior, we must pay for shipping. Prior to supposedly sending the hardware out a 3rd time Robert Baldwin suggested we travel from NC to AZ to pick up the hardware.

Eric Lee and Michael Davis were great to work with. They took the time to explain the nuances involved with figuring out the best method to use for attaching the curtains on our porch and were very responsive. It was refreshing to encounter outstanding customer service especially after finally receiving yesterday a door handle for a slider door that we purchased from a major home supply store fourteen months ago. We spent hours on the phone in order to get a resolution. This recent curtin purchase was our third order from Akon. The Akon team, as earlier, was professional and responsive. I highly recommend this entity.
