Disappointing
I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during my visit.
A staff member named Faith was very rude and spoke to me in a patronising manner, as though I were a child. I asked for assistance fitting a laptop screen, and she told me that this was not something they do in store. However, I had personally seen her provide the same type of assistance to another customer shortly before, which made the response particularly frustrating.
When I was asked about the laptop model, Faith raised her voice and said, “It’s not on the back.” When I calmly pointed out that I felt she was being quite rude, she simply stormed off rather than trying to resolve the situation professionally. I felt belittled and uncomfortable by the way I was spoken to in front of others.
Another staff member, Rich, then told me that he did not know how to apply the screen either. I was ultimately left to do everything myself, with no explanation, guidance or meaningful assistance from the staff.
The whole experience was incredibly disappointing and fell well below the standard of customer service I would expect. Have to go to private shop to get fitted. Regardless of whether staff are able to provide a particular service, customers should be spoken to politely and treated with respect. In my opinion, Faith’s behaviour was completely unacceptable and should be addressed seriously by management.
