this was a return item (3rd time) very helpful tech guy exchanged with no problem.

I always find the staff very helpful when I've been there.

Lots of stock in store to choose from.
Next day delivery,but was an extra charge.
Delivered on the time slot they sent me by txt.Could track the delivery van,so that was helpful.Took the packaging away,

The gentleman who served me was very helpful and polite

Went to collection point and the assistant just walked away, 10mins later another arrived but they dont have your goods at the collection point its another 10 mins while they go and get them.

Buying a new wide screen from Curry’s. Two installers came exactly when booked. Wired it in, showed me how to finish configuring all the apps. Packed up and removed the old TV for recycling and were gone! Couldn’t have been better.

The staff where helpful and they knew what they where talking about-no question was awkward
The only thing I would say is that waiting and service time could of been slightly more quicker

I brought tv in as divided after using helpline to set up with internet (the First Gentleman was extremely helpful and was about to replace tv , I suddenly remembered that I had forgot remote controls and could I drop them in (I was told I could not do this - I asked if I could leave the tv for 1 hour whilst I did the 25 mile journey - I was told I could not do this ( this was all by the colleague of the person who initially was helping me , who I must stress was brilliant ) I came back with the remote -the colleague who I had not found so helpfull said he needed to check and see if the television was working ( which it was but I would never have been able to do what he had done and I know the problem would still be there when I got it back home (I asked if he would change the television as planned - he grumbled and passed the decission back to the first person I had dealt with - who agreed his initial plan of changing it (the next slight problem was the television was not the same as specified on the box (I nearly gave up the will to live at this stage and eventually was told it must have been packaged wrong ) I did leave with the television but felt hurt with how I had been treated (unfortunately curry's are one of the only places you can view items otherwise I would not see foot in there again - but Thankyou to the first person who started sorting it out and also finalised the procedure

At first staff were reluctant to offer next day delivery, so staff shunted me away, took myself to the upper level and found one member of staff who went the extra mile, took all of my purchases away from store with the very helpful member of staff
Lessons need to be learned by other staff members from this very helpful man

The communication from the delivery guys was exceptional, letting me know when they would be arriving, and following my directions for where my property is, as it's not straight forward to locate at the golf club where it is situated. I was called when they arrived, and I was greeted with brilliant humour and friendliness from both of the delivery guys. The packaging was disposed of by them, and the dryer taken to where they were directed. Couldn't ask for a better team. They were great, so a big thank you to them both. Plus the item was delivered within 48 hours of the order being placed, and despite it being an all day delivery my item arrived at lunchtime which was ideal. Great customer service👍

The new computer arrived in good time. A very helpful, polite driver brought it in for me. Great computer, I was able to set everything up easily, except that the stand leaves the Computer lopsided. To stop this happening, I've had to put a block of wood permanently under the computer, so that it can be used safely. Not good when I've spent so much money.
