Purchased a washer/dryer for my son to be delivered to Portsmouth. Lisa was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She took the time to go through the different machines, before we made our decision and getting it delivered to Portsmouth was hassle free.

From ordering our new washing online to delivery, fitting and removal of our old machine it was first class service.

We were served by a slightly older gentleman (I can’t remember his name unfortunately) and he was great! Honest, funny and easy to deal with. Amazing service. It was delivered early on Sunday and they dropped it right where I wanted it.

Bought a belling farmhouse range cooker on Oct 8 th ,unfortunately the special price deal was finished . The sales guy was brilliant he found a lower price from another company and we had a price match deal saving us a chunk of money .Great service over and above from Torquay Curry’s,as per usual .For us it’s Curry’s every time .

Like all modern outlets not all products are in stock at the shop, so my product arrived next day to my door, via an in store online order.

After my last visit to currys which to put it mildly was absolutely disgusting,being shouted at by your so called female manager i vowed never to visit again.But my mother in laws tv broke and she needed a new one so off I went,I will say the range of tvs was very good as she only wanted a 32".There was one man assisting another customer that wanted to know everything about every tv you had only to walk away and purchase nothing.The assistant was very calm and polite to this gentleman but he was tied up for about 25 minutes no other assistants around,two more people where looking around for service staff aswell but no one about,I waited patiently to be helped then an assistant came to the tv department as I asked to be helped with the smaller tvs she said, there over there and proceeded to talk to the couple who were looking at bigger tvs even though I had been waiting for over 20 mins for help.I felt that I was overlooked because mine was a small priced item whereas the other couple were looking at spending a lot more.
I did purchase a small 32" tele for my mother in law which she is very happy with but as for the help and customer service its still shocking.As for the assistant tied up with the gentleman who was measuring everything,I could see he was embarrassed but could not get away from the man to help or assist others so not blaming him,as for the other assistant they would seem to have liked to be absolutely anywhere else but at work.
