I had the most terrible experience.
Started off where delivery took a long time. They initially dropped the box when offloading it, they then proceeded to entire my property and insist that I keep the Tv. They became irate and I feared for my safety.
I then complained about them and nothing happened, Currys just ignored me.
The delivery was then rescheduled - on the new delivery date, nothing arrives, I call them and they tell me that someone canceled it but they can’t see on the system who did it. I rescheduled and finally the tv arrived over 20 days from when I bought it.
The tv then starts glitching and freezing, they take it for repairs and then return it to me after saying they fixed it, the Tv then has the same problem.
They then return £680 out of the £710.10 that I spent on the TV with no reason as to why. I go into the store where they send an email and it’s been over a month and I haven’t heard anything back yet.
Don’t even get me started on the customer service helpline who are absolutely pathetic. They do not record concerns correctly and do not pass relevant information on. I had a few complaints where I begged for them to listen to the calls as they are recorded, the complaints team on multiple occasions told me that they cannot listen to calls. How pathetic of an excuse is that!?!!!?
I chose Currys over Argos due to them being the bigger name, but how wrong I was.

On entrance to the store we were…
On entrance to the store we were immediately directed to the correct department.
Within a minute of looking closely at the appliance, we were approached by a staff member who knew what he was talking about, checked they had one in stock and quickly sat us down to complete the paperwork
