Some staff are helpful others not…

Some staff are helpful others not bothered or willing to help. Or coming out with excuses then approached another member of staff who was very helpful.
Only used curry's cos your product was better than Argos. Even the argos staff are more helpful first time.

Appalling service

A couple of days until collection is just about acceptable. However, on arrival the queue was several people deep with one person on the returns and faulty items till and also collections. For my collection she had to leave the till and walk down the store to wherever, she went out of sight. Nobody was ready to step up to work on a till and one member of staff remained on a phone call, she paused briefly to say that there was only one member of staff. I will not be rushing back there.

Amazing experience

Everything gone smooth from the beginning until the end.
Once we decided what we want to buy,Andreia offered to guide us on our purchase.
She helped and explained us everything about available plans, even help us with informations regarding how to claim warranty on our coffee machine.

Sylvia! No Customer Service

I would give zero if I could. I had to visit the store to return my Dyson (misinformed by customer service) however this is not the reason for my review! The review is for your incompetent customer service advisor called Sylvia! She was abrupt! Rude! Arrogant! When I was talking to the Manager Sharmin who was calm and explained was explaining the process of returning a Faulty item. I asked Sharmin for the contact numbers for Dyson and Currys. Sylvia at this point was serving another 2 customers shouted at us and said I’ve printed these off on the receipts! I said to her I am speaking with the manager and please look after the people that are infront of you, to which she responded I will take those receipts (numbers) and throw them in the bin? I did not under why she made this comment and I said to the manager that this is unacceptable to which Sharmin apologised however Sylvia carried on saying stuff to me? This is at the Customer Service department at Luton Currys on 27th September at 2:45pm. This behaviour is unacceptable and she left me traumatised! The manager could not control Sylvia and in the end told me if I want to log a complaint I have to call up. I have done this but I have had no acknowledgment of the complaint! I want this fed back to the store manager and the colleague in question!!! Absolutely disgraceful!!!

Knowledgeable and ready staff

The help from Connor. He immediately offered help and chose the refrigerator which fitted my size and requirements. It was nice having someone ready to help. There was good choice to choose but I know the one I chose meets what I required from a small fridge in the kitchen.
