Needed a new tablet , Ethan guided us to the best for our needs

Staff so helpful and polite. Very patient and took their time to explain and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Sales assistant provided good product information and advice and seemed very informed about the technology.

Good choice of products, and very helpful assistant, who even carried the Box downstairs to the door for us.

Very helpful in the store and the delivery and installation was excellent

Knew exactly what I wanted and needed, simple purchase with Andrew politely showing me the options I had with the model and warranty. Left the store satisfied.

Manage to get the washing machine we needed. We managed to be abel to pick it up, and take it home on the same day. For me that was stresss free. The member of staff was pleasant and helpful and nothing was a problem for him

great comms and product knowledge

Needed to buy a new tv and felt overwhelmed by all that was on offer and to be honest as a senior citizen, I couldn't comprehend all the specifications. I needn't have worried, the fantastic help I received from the male customer service advisor in my local store was second to none. He was so informative and was able to answer all my queries. He certainly was a great representative for your Company. I made my choice with confidence following his help. He certainly went the extra mile.

I had the worker called Andrew who was absolutely lovely , he made sure I got the discounts available and was so sweet and patient and made sure I undertook everything , made the curry’s experience very good :)

Brilliant, friendly and helpful customer service! Everything explained perfectly

I needed to replace an extremely old fridge with a fridge freezer. Currys was the only place we considered buying from as we have always been satisfied with the white goods we’ve purchased from them in the past. All the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, even finding me a stool to sit on when I was in pain with an arthritic hip. The chosen fridge freezer was delivered on time with very helpful delivery me.

From the shop assistant to the people that I spoke to on the phone they were very very helpful and sorted everything out perfectly thank you for your help and service

Good value.
Item ready for collection.
Emails sent all correct.

The initial service that I received in store was very poor and lacking in product knowledge and advice. I left hoping to order a TV from John Lewis online but they didn’t have stock so I ordered the same TV through yourselves online. When collecting the TV I didn’t realise I needed identification but I had the email and text received from yourselves and after contemplating leaving the store the manager has finally resolved the identification issue. I place orders and buy from people who give me the best service and it was only down to the fact that I couldn’t get this television elsewhere within the timeframe I purchased from you.

Excellent service. Lots of choices. We were assisted by Dan in the store who really knew his information and we found exactly the product we needed
