Fantastic staff. A couple of weeks ago my TV went faulty, I went into Curry's to purchase a printer, and happened to mention the TV had gone faulty, Natalie asked if I was able to bring it in for repair, I said I could bring it in on Saturday, so I did just that.
Again a very helpful Chloe took the TV and explained she would send it away for repair (at this point I have to point out that the TV was 3 years old, but I had a 5 year warranty) so all good, she said I would be kept informed of its progress by text.
The following week I was kept informed of its progress, and was then told that it couldn't be repaired, I was sent a voucher for the value of the TV plus a percentage of the cost of the original warranty.
Needless to say I was back at Curry's to buy a replacement TV, I was assisted by a young gentleman Christian, who again was very helpful and knowledgeable, the TV I settled on was out of stock, but he said he would have it at the shop by Tuesday for me to pick up, just 4 days, I had no problem with that, and got my new TV, all this happened within a 2 week period, I'm over the moon with everything.

Very impressed with Currys’ delivery service. I was kept informed about my delivery slot, and the drivers arrived right on schedule. They handled the heavy freezer with great care and placed it exactly where I needed it. Smooth and hassle-free from start to finish—would definitely recommend!

Clare met me and showed me where to find the induction hobs. She was friendly and helpful but most importantly she had a product knowledge which not only covered the the item that I was seeking but she went above and beyond with her knowledge of ancillary products. Without doubt her knowledge and assistance secured the sale, in future I will drive past the Dunfermline shop and go to Kirkcaldy. Clare deserves a pay rise.
