Arrived and fitted on time and efficiently, no probs

The service I received was bad. My printer was under a year old and replaced by your insurance as i was told it would be quicker this way rather than via its warranty.
I had to go to the shop (Currys) in Kendal 4 times as well as call customer service a few times and be passed around from person to person ( took over an hour on one occasion). I had to wait 2 weeks to get a new machine (when your policy states 7 day guarantee).
This lack of service has had an impact on my business and myself.
The poor service was not the shop but the policies and procedures thry had to follow. For example - my epsom printer had to be returned to France to be looked at which would take longer than 7 days . I had to wait until 7 days and go back to the shop so they could request a gift card- this didn't arrive and had to call customer services re this but still didn’t arrive . I had to go back to the store who put in another request and arrived the next day by email. Once it did, I had to wait the delivery of a new printer to the store from another store which didn’t arrive and eventually over two weeks one was delivered to me.
This is not the service I expect from Currys hence the poor score. Please can you look at your procedures re replacement as i am sure i am not the only one who has gone through this palaver.

I arrived at the Kendal store to check out TV’s before I did more research. When I was leaving I had a new microwave! Excellent offer on a Kenwood. Store is well laid out and in signed sections so easy to find what you want. Assistance was easily available, and after advice, purchase was easy. The assistant carried my new purchase to my car. You couldn’t ask for better service.

Always use curry’s for home appliances, never had any complaints, spot on and delivered on time when they say. Full marks.

There is no discrimination of customers. If you go in looking scruffy or looking as though are off to Buckinham Palace there is no difference.
