Very strange man on the collection desk
Ordering online was straight forward. I received an email confirmation immediately and another the next morning informing me that my item was ready for collection. The reason for the three stars was the man I came face to face with at the collection desk. I stood for 10 mins and he “busied himself” by shuffling papers and pressing keys on his computer. He didn’t look at me once. A lady working on the shop floor eventually asked if she could help me. She looked directly in his direction when she spoke to me, so she was clearly irritated by him too. I have my name and she went to collect my order, which she placed on the collection desk. The man picked it up, scanned it and asked for my four digit code which I eventually got out of him was the last four digits of the card i’d used to make the purchase. There was no eye contact, no offer of a bag to take my item away in….nothing. I didn’t even get a “have a nice day” or “goodbye”
It was very odd! This was the Keighley branch.

Waited over 30 minutes to collect a pre-purchased laptop.
I bought a Laptop with collect in store at Keighley.
I was 2nd in the Collection queue. After waiting 30 minutes to be served I was still 2nd in line, the staff were seeing other potential customers in the shop and avoiding the collection desk, so I flagged a member of staff down in the shop and requested that some staff came to the collection desk. He said all staff were busy seeing customers so no one could help. After a few minutes he called me over and sorted me out at a shop floor till. As I left, the person in front of me in the collection desk queue was still waiting and the queue had grown by another few people.
Very poor customer service by Curry's. Next time I will buy my goods elsewhere.
