Did not like the way they dealt with a faulty product that went in for repair. 5 weeks later we go back and product is lost.

A bit rubbish really. Ordered a keyboard and mouse to collect from the Harlow store for Saturday. It said that it should be delivered there on the saturday. No email but I was in town, so popped in on the off chance it had arrived. The kid I asked disappeared to look for it. Then walks past me to serve someone else. After serving that someone else for 10 minutes he turned to me and said "Can I help?". I mean, yes bro, give me an answer! Turns out it hadn't been delivered and nobody knows where the goods are. It's now 8pm on Sunday night and still no email...

The assistant that served me was knowledgeable and attentive throughout. One thing you need to consider is initial assistant engagement, it was not busy in the store but took some time to get served.

Good in store customer service, plenty of choice in store, good payment plans, I would recommend

Purchased McAfee online however it took time to sort out the license when collecting instore. The staff went the extra mile to resolve the issue and I was impressed by their customer service skills

I purchased Airfryer through currys online and pick up from stores . I didn’t get confirmation mail from currys saying the item is ready to collect. so after 2 days of collection date I had to go to currys shop and ask whether this item is ready for collection. Then they just give the item to me and I asked why I didnt get the mail the collection is ready they didn’t give proper reason .They send the email confirmation for collection only after I collected the item.This is not good practice from currys that they missed important part of service related to this purchase.

I have had times where staff were to busy chatting to assist me but on this day a very polite lady in a here to help top dealt with me straight away . She asked what i needed and explained to a young man on the checkout i had an order to collect . As soon as he had dealt with his customer he asked my details . He collected my order and checked me out very quickly . I was very impressed . Thank you all .

Having previously bought my printer at the local Currys shop, I returned there last week to stock up on ink. None on display. A member of staff informed me that all printer ink is kept behind the tills now. However there was no-one at the tills. Empty. I was waiting at least 10 minutes before a member of staff appeared. No apology. And no. The printer ink is not kept behind the till but in a cupboard somewhere! And yes 2 boxes of my ink were in stock. I asked him to first serve the couple queueing behind me who had waited a long time too. Then he disappeared to find my ink and did not return. I asked another staff member where had he gone?! Oh he is looking for the cupboard!? On his return a few minutes later he stated there was none of my ink but I could have a different one!? Hhmmmmm…. this would not fit in my printer. Oh was his reply!? Really. Yes. An awful experience. 30 minutes in the shop. Zero customer service. I will never go back there to buy anything.

Had a really good experience with Currys when buying a new fridge and washing machine. There was a great selection to choose from, and the staff were really helpful throughout the whole process. They also helped me set up the Creation Finance and explained everything clearly, which made things really easy. Friendly and helpful service, and I’m very happy with my purchases!

Overall great staff who are happy to help and know there stuff about technology products, great team !

There was a shortage of staff at the store but the wait was relatively short however upon enquiring about the prospective new phone there was a lack of supply.Hsd to buy a more expensive phone due to stock shortage jb

My shopping experience with Currys was disappointing from the very beginning.
First, the website is extremely slow and heavy. Almost every page takes around 10 seconds to load, which makes shopping unnecessarily frustrating.
I was looking for an undercounter fridge. Several models appeared to be available, but only when I reached the checkout did I discover they were not actually available for collection. The only option was delivery, with an additional £30 charge.
Because of this, I decided to visit the Currys store in Harlow instead. When I arrived at the fridge department, there were already four couples waiting for assistance. I waited too. After around 15 minutes, nobody had come to help us, and eventually the other customers started leaving.
I finally found a fridge I wanted and managed to speak to a salesman, only to be told that this one was not available either.
This left me with the impression of a business with too few staff and too little stock. I understand that reducing staffing may save money on paper, but how much business is being lost when customers are standing around waiting and eventually walking out of the store?
Four couples left while I was there. These were people already inside the shop, in the appliance department, potentially ready to spend hundreds of pounds.
Perhaps management saves hundreds by reducing staffing, but if customers cannot find anyone to serve them, the company could easily be losing thousands in sales.
That is simply my opinion based on what I experienced, but Currys could provide a much better customer experience with accurate stock information, a faster website and enough staff available to actually serve customers who are ready to buy.
Very sad I bought all my years everything from Currys.
