Just like to give a shout out to tech staff,and phone tech guy ,for recovery of photos of my late son from a broken phone, words won't do it justice but I've got to say thank you from heart. Cheers Angus.

Staff were very helpful, giving information and advise on size and make of each television the day we went to the store to chose a new T.V. When we brought our 20 year old T.V. in our car to the store next day to get the scrap trade in and purchase our chosen one the young man went to our car and carried it into the store. Good manners were on display and were appreciated.

The sales person Pauline that dealt with me, was truly amazing. She did her best to source the cooker I wanted, and found the last one in stock. Honestly she was so friendly, but remaining professional. I was so happy that Pauline was the person who sold me my cooker and counter top refrigerator. I left smiling after my purchases. She is definitely someone who is really good at her job, plus she cares.

There are three good things mainly: first, the customer service is customer service and the staff are very helpful. I bought a new phone and it was explained clearly to me. Secondly, the 6 months no interest is a very good deal. I've used it quite frequently. Third, the store is large and not cramped and easy to see things. All in all, easy to shop there. Staff are knowledgeable.

Customer service with curry's unacceptable as non existent i have been hung up on calls, I purchased a tv wall bracket and paid for installation, for my sister who has learning disability and now has Lewy Body Dementia and now lives in dementia care home, tv and installation was meant to be wed 2nd September i received messages on Tuesday 1st received email DPD will deliver i thought then what about installation as a care home is for vulnerable individuals and i need to notify them, i called curry's asking to confirm this delivery and installation will take place same day curry's customer service was unacceptable avoiding answering the question saying i had paid delivery and installation obviously i know this is need you to confirm installation they hung up on me, i called back getting fobbed of i called curry's 10 times then getting told I need to contact installation team at a different company? I called them 10 times can't get through to speak to anyone back calling curry's telling me its up to me to call them, then received a message Wednesday to say tv delivered i called care home no one has received tv, DPD left tv outside and wasn't located until 2hrs later its got clear signs buzz for entry called curry's again they said DPD handed it to Amy?, called care home no staff member called Amy?, installation still not happened its Saturday 5th September shocking i called curry's again today and explained i paid for service and didn't receive it and wish to cancel installation and get refunded to be told I need to contact installation company told him no i don't i paid curry's for items and service but failed so I wanted refund and cancel but told no, I asked to speak with manager guess what he hung up on me unacceptable i have purchased lots at curry's dont think I would deal with them again service was unacceptable and a vulnerable woman let down,

Just recently bought a new Sony Bravia 8 A 77 inch oled tv from curry’s and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase.Thanks to the Sony support team for providing me with my decision to purchase this tv . I already have the same brand and I am very happy with it.The customer service is always great and I always feel happy with their products.Would definitely recommend them for your next purchase .The delivery service is great especially with the 2 people who come to deliver your product

Was helped with a virus on my phone by francesca at braehead . So helpful a real asset to the braehead store.

Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable and no pressure to make a decision to purchase a Television, but when we were ready the girl who handled the transaction was brilliant, not forgetting the young guy who brought out our TV and transported it to our car, great store to shop in.

The staff I find are always helpful and that was true with this purchase too . The item had to be ordered which was fine and I was kept up to date and notified when it was ready for collection

We visited the Braehead store specifically to purchase the Lego Minecraft Creeper figure for my son's upcoming birthday. It was £10 cheaper at this store as shown online but we couldn't find it anywhere in store. One of your very helpful staff members, Ben, helped locate it by checking the stock and searched through the store to find one of the last boxes. We left the store with a very excited child so thank you so much!

We were looking for a new vacuum cleaner. Plenty of choices to view in the shop. Helpful advice given by staff and a chance to check out the quality of each one in the store before buying.

Customer service in store is the best I've ever came across absolutely amazing team work watching how they talk to each other and problem solve for the customer you don't see this in many other stores. Big shout out to PAULA DEBORAH AND TRACEY fantastic employee's who know their job and are very efficient on making the right choices. Customer Care has been totally brilliant I have nothing negative to say. The care plan is really good value and I always purchase this when I buy goods from the store. Hotpoint can't match your offer of extended guarantee as they tried to get me to purchase their extended warranty. All in all this is one very happy Customer thank you currys
