The products were as advertised
The products were as advertised. The order was ready quicker than I thought it would be. The products all work well and easy to use. The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5, was because the assistant who was at the collection point didn't acknowledge I was there and waiting whilst he was on his phone. When he went to go and get the order, he took a very long time because he chatted with other colleagues along the way- which may or may not have been related to work, given their reactions. There seemed to be no real urgency.

Really bad service at Curry's Farnborough
Went into Curry's Farnborough to buy an iPhone and iPad. Had to find someone to ask for help, and he told us he would ask the manager to see us. Nothing happened. Went to the till where 2 staff members were standing and got the response that we were second in a queue. When we did get the attention of someone, the goods were not is stock. No further effort was made to offer alternative products. Walked out very disappointed in the lack of any decent service by store members.
