Finding a tumble dryer reasonably priced was indeed a great experience for me. And thanks to Currys!

The staff were great, firstly I spoke to a young lady who just started working at curry’s. She gave me lots of sensible advice about what products to get. The other lady went through the trade in of my old laptop and then Chris actually sorted everything out for me and completed the sale. All very helpful understanding and sincere, made it a great experience and I didn’t feel pushed or clueless which I thought I might. Would definitely recommend them all, great staff. Shop was bright, clean and other staff were friendly

My American fridge freezer stopped working. Thankfully I had taken out an extended warranty. An engineer came to check the appliance and the outcome from his visit was the appliance would be written off. Within a few days I had received an e-voucher to buy a replacement. I went into the store to order a replacement. The sales advisor was knowledgeable and promptly completed my purchase. Well done Currys.

Quick, easy, friendly service and the item was available within an hour.

A very odd experience. I returned a non working item:

"I bought this yesterday"

"I wasn't working yesterday!" Odd reply, that!

I showed him the receipt and told him that his not working on the prior day was not germane. "Ah!," said he, "James sold this to you, I will go and get him."

He went. I honestly have no idea what was in his mind, The gentleman behind the returns counter became free. He helped me. And he apologised for the unusual young gentleman.

James never appeared. This was shame. James had advised me well over the initial purchase, and saved me from spending too much money the day before. Thank you James.

The three stars are for the return experience. James deserves all five

Always a pleasure to shop either online or in store.

The sales person and the customer care were good but the express delivery was not. I waited in only to be told around tea time that I wouldn't be getting my delivery and would have to wait 3 more days. I complained at the shop who managed to organise delivery for the next day.

Staff ignorant the only person that wasn’t was the gentleman who brought it from the back and put it in my car

Found a selection of items I wanted in the local store. Online though found another that was only available online which I felt was better for me. Easy to buy and communicate with the vendor.

I ordered in the shop at chesterfield lad was very polite and helpful. but it arrived today broken the courier taken in back, so waiting for a replacement, hope it goes smoothly

The whole buying experience was positive. Luzia from chesterfield branch looked after us and Victor was our delivery driver.

I purchased a tumble dryer from the Chesterfield store. Luiza made the experience. Informative, helpful and a lovely person. She was an absolute credit to the brand. It's service like this that will make me a returning customer and recommends Curry's at Chesterfield to friends and family.

I went into the store knowing loosely what I wanted, but I definitely needed help. Then arrived Jith, who within an instant, clocked onto exactly what I was looking for and helped direct me onto the correct path. His customer service skills were excellent and I felt well looked after. Setting up credit seems so daunting, but Jith made me feel very comfortable, with a big emphasis on my being able to take my time which I appreciated deeply. Nothing was a fuss, not even when I needed to arrange home delivery! I left with a TV, a sound bar, and a lot of respect. 10/10 store, 10/10 service, 10/10 Jith!
