Excellent service. Pickup from store was very easy and even had a couple of members of staff take the item to the car and lift it into the back for me. Very helpful and would recommend

Very misleading emails. Not happy 😒

Very misleading emails, paid extra £25, email stated packaging removal and fitting of the washing machine, but it was just dumped in my living room.
Be aware and read the small print.
Im disabled, so now I need to get a plumber to fit it at extra cost.

Extremely disappointed with Currys’…

Extremely disappointed with Currys’ delivery service. After waiting 3–4 days for my order, the delivery driver repeatedly called me instead of making a genuine effort to complete the delivery.
The driver claimed his large vehicle could not safely access my address due to limited space and parking restrictions. Surely Currys’ logistics team should assess delivery locations and allocate appropriately sized vehicles before scheduling deliveries.
Repeatedly calling customers just to demonstrate attempted contact is not customer service. It feels like a box-ticking exercise rather than a genuine attempt to deliver.
Customers should not suffer because of poor route planning and delivery management. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Currys. I expect better professionalism, accountability and a proper resolution.

The team were very helpful as soon as I went into the store. Unfortunately the controller I wanted was not in the store, but luckily they had one in stock, and I was informed that I would be able to receive it the next day to my house. This had surprised me for to the fact that I thought I would have had to wait for it to arrive at the store. Obviously I jumped at the opportunity to have it the next day at no extra cost. Thank you for your customer service 🙏

The people who you have working in your Bridgend store are super helpful, polite and crystal clear in explaining what the item is and what it can do. I recently returned a faulty set of headphones. I exchanged them for another set. There was no fuss. I was in and out of your store within 15 minutes. I have no reason whatsoever to go anywhere else for my goods..
