Very slow service. I did click and collect so I don’t have to wait. But when I went to collect my order I had to wait for 15-20 minutes. Which was so annoying. Even worse the order number was not not... Zobacz więcej

First class support

I went to the Currys Bradford store Forster Square.
I have had appalling service , (if service is what it can be called )from Vodafone . I had purchased the Sim from Currys in Guiseley Leeds. Hence only four star .

I asked for a senior most experienced person to help with my Vodafone issues . To my surprise I was pointed to a very young person call Zyva. Also to my surprise the young lady was sympathetic to my cause. Knowledgable and demonstrated support quality that I would expect from an older person with many years more than her. But no. She was expert at handling the problem. It wasn't solved because of Vodafone, Whose phone system was impossible to navigate. Zyva tried much longer than anyone could expect, but the Vodafone system is in my opinion Not Fit for Purpose. I would give Zyva four stars and a pay increase for the quality of support she displayed. The missing star is down to another Currys branch

Mariam

Mariam, was excellent with helping me pick the best laptop for University. The more I use it the more I’m happy with my purchase. She was very warm and helpful. She explains everything and has loads of patience.
If I need anything again from curry’s, I hope Mariam is my sales person again!

Very slow service

Very slow service. I did click and collect so I don’t have to wait. But when I went to collect my order I had to wait for 15-20 minutes. Which was so annoying. Even worse the order number was not not showing up , they had to keep trying. Also the workers were busy talking to each other and stopped working instead of serving the customers.

Overall good experience

I visited to purchase a new apple laptop. I am happy with my purchase that was in stock. My experience would have been improved if there had been more options in stock. The staff were available and helpful. Payment options were great. Overall good experience.

Called at curry’s to explain the situation and a new replacement was ordered with no hassle.all the staff at the Bradford Forster Square store I spoke to were polite and professional and extremely helpful.
