I paid for express next-day delivery
I paid for express next-day delivery, only the van has arrived my item not. The driver unable to mark it as missing item or cancel it. Called customer support to reschedule it, seems like they cant do that either. Joke

Item ( steam iron) arrived damaged
Item ( steam iron) arrived in battered box and was damaged. The courier put tape around to seal the box but it was only when you looked inside. Very badly secured iron, damaged and missing items. We returned the item to the local Curry's within one & half hours of it being delivered.
Very disappointed that they only had one iron in stock and had to order the item on line. We are to receive a full refund £74.99 in due course. Never received any item so badly damaged.

Very helpful staff
We went in to Currys at Bolton Gate retail Park to buy a new tv and 4k blu ray player. 2 young lads came to help us 1 worked for LG but at Currys the other at Currys. They were both lovely lads who knew what they were talking about. They were very professional but friendly at the same time. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I believe they both should get employee of the months and a bonus in their pay packets. They line manager of the lad who was employed by Currys came to help them put everything into the till, he too was a lovely lad and also very professional but friendly at the same time. I would like to thank all 3 of them for all of their help. Next time we have need to by something in Currys we will go to Bolton Gate Retail Park again, we will look out for them for more help.

Electric oven
The young man was very polite but we struggled to hear him we don't have any hearing difficulties but he was very quiet. Consequently he didn't point out that the cooker I bought was a conventional oven and I wanted a fan oven like the one I already had so not completely satisfied with purchase

Posted a review on Trustpilot about the very poor service and the problems Currys created for me.
Curry’s Trustpilot reply indicated they were happy to help, gave contact details and a name. Despite emailing no response received.
Once again they’ve behaved true to form by doing nothing.
