I honestly having nothing bad to say. I w as in a bad situation and I needed to move safely.
Holly Bromley is incredible! She has worked so hard ensuring I was moved quickly, safely and arranged for all the extra support and help I needed.
I am now in a new home, safe, happy and finally able to relax.
I really don't know where I would be without the wonderful Holly and her co workers. I am so so grateful.
The people i have been in contact with have been hardworking, professional, friendly and supportive. Xx

Sheena Archer was very helpful, very friendly, she completed an assessment for occupational therapy and also helped me to set up nhs app on my phone.

Kim from ILS is great. I missed her help when she was away. I had another support worker who was also very good but it was nice to have Kim back! She helps with everything. If I could give her 20 stars I would!

Tasha Soby from ILS team is an angel. She has helped me with so many things arranging for my garden to be accessible, booking me a wellbeing break, she had hand rails fitted to make my life easier. I don’t know what I would do without her she always has time for me and is so caring. She also takes me to doctors and picks up my prescriptions.

From start to getting the keys, the service has been excellent.

Joe has been particularly helpful, thank you, and guided me through this process.

It was pleasant working with Ruby and Jess as a guide on our home buying journey as first time buyers. Though there were some delays with the building, they communicated quickly and efficiently which was very much appreciated.

Few bits and bobs that still need fixing in the new house but otherwise love the house already and the space! Truly appreciate Joe who took the time and patience to help me get everything sorted, he helped when he didn’t even need to and was a total life saver.

10/10 for Joe and a massive thank you.
House will be 10/10 once little bits and bobs are fixed.

Ella Bennett from curo ILS has been coming to visit me weekly for about about five months. She is a fantastic help, and support.

Sheena is a friendly and helpful person.
As a pensioner , I sometimes feel that I am being besieged by officialdom which is uncaring or outright hostile .
Sheena helps to navigate the mysterious world of the box-tickers.

Mike Rutter who works for Curo was really helpful and kind in installing handrails for me today. He made sure they were right for me and this has improved my feeling of safety using the wet room when showering. Thank you.

Daniel worgan came around today to fix my boiler and completed my gas check. He was incredibly professional, polite and completed the jobs in a good time frame .

I would like to say a huge thank you to Curo Housing Association, and especially to Michelle Sage for all her help and support throughout our recent four way mutual exchange! It certainly wasn’t a straightforward move, and there were a number of challenges along the way! but Michelle stuck with it from the start and was always prompt with paperwork throughout and kept us informed with regular communication and did everything she possibly could to get the exchange completed.
Moving home can be stressful enough without complications along the way, so having someone who was approachable, helpful and genuinely committed to getting things sorted made such a difference.
We really appreciate the time, effort and patience Michelle put into our move, She went above and beyond to help make it happen, and we are all extremely grateful

Sarah Bayliss from Lettings went above and beyond for my family. Responded to emails, kept us up to date on everything that was happening, I never felt out of the loop or that any job was too big or small. My family now have our forever home and we are all forever grateful to you!
