Curacao e-gaming made a decision in favor of cloudbet without showing any proof that i have multiple accounts. They are also saying that cloudbet acted within the rules of the website. First, curacao e-gaming said that all replies should be in cc’s at all times. I did not see any replies from cloudbet. I showed them everything to prove that i only have 1 account. How can they make decision without following their own rules.

This is a fake license company. Grandpashabet365.com casino cheated on me and erased 54.000 TL from account and my 20.000 TL money is being stolen as well. They told me i played wrong and against rules by telling can only bet 12 numbers . The site is so scam that i deposited 5000 and lost in roulette same game and they never mention rules and i deposited another 5000 and lost they never mention rules or anything and then i deposited 10000 and almost lost it but bet big money repeatedly covering almost all table and finally i win big inroulette like my balance reached 64000 TL. When i tried to withdraw they tell me night time i cannot withdraw and i waited till morning and request withdrawal they cancel my withdrawal request and erased my 54000 tl money and told me that i can withdraw main deposit ir continue playing. Then i submit a complaint to curaçao gaming license regulator, they sent an automated email and i thought there was really somebody there but after 20 days no response came and i filed another complaint and same automated email came again. After no response from Curacao when i try to withdraw 10000 TL which they say i can withdraw they make me wait for hours and every time i sent a withdrawal request they cancelled it and without any reason and at the end they told me i need to play with the money 1X times to be anle to withdraw.
