Item was delayed but I was fully informed the whole way. Given postage with tracking so knew exactly when it was arriving. Item itself was exactly as advertised. Great transaction from ordering to receiving.

Great communication throughout and absolutely stunning book!

Even before receiving the actual book, Cult Never Dies distinguished themselves by having super fast, honest communication that explained clearly that the book was on pre-order and gave me a projected date. Right on time, that date came and they sent a clear, prompt communication that the printers had delayed the book again, slightly but they stated they would still send the book the following week. They were spot on. The book itself is gorgeous and so meticulously put together. It's been a hugely pleasant surprise. I couldn't recommend this publisher more. Fantastic.

Despite the pre-order delay, really happy to finally get my hands on "Evolution Of The Cult". Very well packaged with a nice couple of freebies inside. I have used CND a few times. Great range and customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Ordered a few times from here. Had an issue last time with the wrong item sent, but communication was fast, responsive and very helpful. The correct item was received within days. Previous orders were fine. Items are well packaged, and it’s one of the best places to find niche music and books.

Geniales, volveré a comprarles alguna cosa seguro. Tardaron un poco en enviarlo, parece que estan en pleno traslado, pero me mandaron un obsequio como compensación que compensa eso y mucho más, una pasada. Y el trato muy bueno y cordial, así da gusto.

Excellent service, items as described, and solid packaging by CultNeverDies, but the use of Royal Mail is crap, Royal Mail sent my package to Germany first, THEN to Canada.
