Very smooth transaction
Very smooth transaction, it’s the first time I have ordered anything from Cuckooland and was very happy by their service. I am equally impressed with the Lotus grill that I received. It was very well packaged and arrived within 4/5 days from purchase date. I might add being so close to Christmas I thought that was fab. I will definitely be ordering again and recommend to fellow Campers etc on our travels.

Dreadful customer service and…
Dreadful customer service and experience. I ordered a bed for Christmas for my son and it said it would come on time - I got a generic response when asking for an update, my phone call was not returned and now the phone lines are diverted to voicemail despite saying they will shut on the 23rd which isn’t yet. Unbelievably poor and disappointing service, do not order from them

My experience with ArrowXL's delivery…
My experience with ArrowXL's delivery service for the child's bed I purchased from Cuckooland has been exceptionally disappointing. The initial delivery failed, falsely claiming absence despite three adults being present. The second attempt cited difficulty reaching the building, even though I had relocated with a 7.5 van, using a parking area they overlooked on Google Maps. This resulted in a redelivery post my son's birthday, making it the worst delivery experience. I strongly discourage anyone from using ArrowXL's services due to this highly frustrating and inconvenient ordeal.
P. S pictures provided by ArrowXL from outside block of flats and from opposite side of road. Just before building is road to parking area for 70 cars which are certainly enough for 7.5t but driver possibly missed it. I updated phone number in their system and requested to follow up with driver, but they ignored it and called my wife number which wasn't available as they report 2 hours delay so she went to work.
P.P.S
They promised that someone will contact me about redelivery within 24 hours. Last failed delivery was 13/12 today 16/12 I send 1 email and rang them to get an update about redelivery no reasonable reply but promises that someone will contact me Monday 18/12 what potentially will move delivery to 21/12 as minimum

As advised yesterday, the crew did attempt to deliver this on 08.12 however no one was home. The crew managed to park within a loading bay on the first attempt which wasn’t available yesterday for the crew that re attempted. Following this, the crew also called to speak to you on 08.12 to advise.
This was then re booked for delivery yesterday. Unfortunately, the crew couldn’t get to the property in a 7.5t vehicle and did attempt this.
We have since spoken to you on the phone and email to advise you that your order has now been placed on a small van routing and the team will contact you directly within 24 hours to rebook.
In addition to this, shared all images of the proof of attempted delivery and the attempted calls to get hold of you by the crew.

Absolutely brilliant service!
Absolutely brilliant service before during and after. Bought a Large Oval House pod from Cuckooland - went to their showroom and met with a very knowledgeable Nathalie who talked to us about the process. She answered everything we threw at her and even managed to convince us that she was having fun at the same time! The team who installed the pod arrived exactly when they said they would and worked hard all day building our pod from scratch. We really are so delighted with it. Thank you for your good old fashioned customer service and for making the experience enjoyable!

Gaming bed, not suitable for children
We initially had issues where they were not prepared to replace damage wood as a result of their assemblers assembling, after sending video, evidence and pictures they change their tune. First issue.
Second issue, this is a gaming bed predominantly used for a child, however, the wood is so so soft, it damages very very easily. I would not recommend this bed for a child due to this and the appearance will soon change. Why a harder word is not used. I have no idea, my advice would be do not purchase for a child.
There response below completely misses out the fact the wood is too soft and damages really easily and is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE FOR A CHILD. DO NOT PURCHASE

Dear Paul, Reviews are incredibly important however if they are not factual then they are just misleading and damaging for no other reason than to be spiteful. There was never any resistance to replacing the parts, in fact, we insisted upon it. The issue arose when you wanted to return the bed after it had been installed because you didn’t like the colour. The bed's whitewash finish was explicitly stated, supported by detailed images showcasing the product.
The installation was executed by the delivery team, not originally scheduled for this task as you hadn't opted for installation during purchase. However, you offered them £100 in cash for the service, a transaction recorded on video from your Ring camera, shared with us. Consequently, the bed became ineligible for return.
After a few weeks, you approached us again claiming that the wood was soft and prone to denting. You demanded £100 threatening negative reviews if we didn't comply. Regrettably, we declined as we don't yield to such coercive tactics. Our product, crafted from Pine, possesses qualities ideal for furniture, especially children's beds. While Pine may be softer than oak or walnut, it is a favoured choice for various valid reasons.
We operate as a business, committed to upholding integrity and product quality.
Great would highly recommend to anyone

Very impressed with the handling of my first order with Cuckooland. Unfortunately the first set of lights had a few of the lamps damaged in Transit. Once reported (with photo evidence). Another set was sent straight away. Lights really nice and excellent Customer Service.
