Customer service is nonexistent! I immediately reached out after getting a subscription because the site wouldn't allow me access to what I paid for. I've sent about 8 emails and many messages through the chat. ZERO RESPONSE! I did however get charged twice in April. As far as I'm concerned CUBEE 3D/HIVE is a SCAM!

One thing that attract me to the platform is their exclusivity model and in return you pay 10% royalty to designers which is fair and that would keep the number of sellers limited.
