Ctledlight 

After a horrible experience i got a refund 3 months later. i expressed my thoughts on this website & some comments have been removed (not too sure why) . when i buy lights again i will stick with Ebay next time..

I ordered 3 Led Lights. They got my money, and now i am waiting since three months. I tried to contact them 2 times , but got 2 nearly identical answers.
Dont order here., better give you money to me, i will send to you at least 3 identical emails.

Waited a month and a half for a single led light bulb. I constantly emailed the company with only generic emails returned about it being a busy period and someone would contact me asap. I repeatedly tried phoning the contact number provided and never got through to anyone. I finally lost patience and asked for a refund. This was the only time anyone responded and told me they would refund me immediately. After waiting another 2 weeks for a refund, i contacted my credit card company who refunded me and chased the money up themselves.

I ordered my led light a month ago and recieved it today.
I actually checked this page after my order and regretted alot because it seemed I were never going to recieve it. So I sent a mail to them explaining my concern. I was told they had been expeniencing delivery problems the last weeks but it should be ok by now. And as I was promised I recieved it to. Of course have not tested it more than that it seems to work. But for now, I am satisfied

It has been months and I have the same complaints as everyone else there is a complete lack of product, comunication and servivce. Now it seems I am being ignored.

I would still like my product and would hope one day soon to return to this site and say how happy I am and its all been worth the wait.

This is my last attempt at contact with CTLEDLIGHT bedfore I begrudgingly get on with plan b.

Incase CTLEDLIGHT would like to to rectify this mess and prevent any more negative reviews plus legal action and possibly compensation costs my order number is 1049.

Despite the fact that I was told that the company were very busy with orders I have placed two orders that arrived in excellent condition, I was quoted 3weeks for my custom made products which arrived in just over 2 weeks, well done CTLEDLIGHT with your price and promise, I will be using you again, I fail to see what the complaints are from some individuals, custom made materials take time.

Same problems as everyone else they just take the P*ss and I am sorry I didnt check out reviews for this firm before I ordered. Its a disgrace !!!!!

By far the worse service I have received from any company and that's saying something! Countless promises but still no product. My next correspondence will be a county court summons!

ive been waiting two months and they dont answear emails or calls

I have had quite alot of problems with this web-shop! First I didn't recieve any order confirmation. They don't answer the phones, and not even emails!
As a customer you at least exspect an order confirmation along with an estimated time for delivery.
2 weeks have gone now, and the owner is still not able to give me a delivery date!!
I will update the story here within a few days...
