Extremely impressed by the care I received from Damian for my very painful tennis elbow. Varied treatments including shockwave therapy and acupuncture. Worked brilliantly. Would highly recommend.
I am literally blown away by the negative comments on this site. I’ve been to this clinic for a couple of very significant problems on different occasions and I’ve seen three different physios - Jenny, Graeme and Lucy. Each one of them was absolutely brilliant. I’ve been to many physios over the years and this is undoubtedly the best. Their knowledge has led to a diagnosis of a chronic condition that doctors couldn’t diagnose and treatment of another problem that was severe but again doctors couldn’t understand. Their spot on assessments shocks me every time and their rapid response in the way of excellent treatment provides immediate dramatic pain relief. I highly recommend this brilliant practice.
Not even sure this company is legit. The 'couldnt care less' attitude on the phone is very disturbing, and was enough to put me off going there, which after reading the other review on here, I'm glad I didn't.
I would give zero if I could. When called the clinic the woman on the phone couldn't explain where I need to go because she has obviously never been there. When finally found, I ended up waiting for 15 minutes in front of a shut door although I have phoned the clinic twice and was told that someone was coming to open the door. No reception, no bell, nothing. After waiting for 15 min in the middle of a gym room and no one coming out to get me minutes I left. Avoid!
