Got recommended to Crystal from a friend, and what a result this as been. Crystal is my only broker i use now as my property portfolio as expanded with ease by using these guys,They are all a great team, but i have to say Tom Castledine is absolute superstar for me so proactive by chasing the progression on all my cases with everyone and updates me constantly while i am busy renovating the properties, taking the thinking away from me!! I have had a couple of tricky cases recently, both of which I have asked Crystal SF for assistance. On both cases, they didn’t disappoint. Clients got the finance they wanted and I got a brilliant service. I should add that I’m a bit of a pest and was constantly asking for updates, but this was never a problem for them (Richard Bond in particular), responses were always timely, positive and professional. I would 100% recommend them!

Dreadful communication! The staff are friendly & knowledgeable, however, once a case is submitted be prepared to continually chase them by phone. (They never reply to emails so don't even bother). I have switched packagers and will never use Crystal ever again.
