I had a great experience working with Alex and Crystal Finance. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. Communication was clear throughout, and Alex took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.

The process was conducted in 2 parts and both advisors were great. Lindsey was very knowledgeable, helpful, clear and extremely thorough. Lindsey wss always on hand to answer all our questions and she just made us feel very relaxed as we went through the process. Very professional indeed and I would recommend them for sure!

Originally started an application through this packager back in early may for fast regulated bridging finance to purchase a development opportunity, started one application which was supposed to be approved in principal that then was changed to a second company as apparently the first one decided the property was too remote. Everything seemed to be progressing well with the second company until the clarifications were needed from the lender. I was repeatedly asked to clarify the same points over and over again as they were interpreting the questions and answers from the lender and myself and not passing on information in a timely manner. They would not let me speak directly to the lender to clarify anything and to save information getting lost in translation. Now over 5 months later the deal still has not completed and the project has potentially reduced in value due to it only being a part completed project and the necessary works required to fix the penetrating damp, roof repairs etc not being carried out yet. This project if the deal ever completes will now cost me more to complete than originally budgeted and this in my opinion is due to their mismanagement of this application resulting in the extended timescales for something that should have been completed months ago, I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever complete

David Parke my case handler had so much patience with a recent Commercial Case as the seller was difficult to deal with and our mutual client was very inpatient - but we got it completed in the end.

My mortgage broker put me in touch with Crystal Specialist Finance. As it turned out I did not go ahead with the mortgage I was arranging with them as I did not have to use their services. However I would have no hesitation in using them again as the finance manager I was dealing with ( Rachel ) could not have been more helpful and supportive throughout the whole process.
