I joined Bitsgap Accelerator just over 6 months ago and honestly it has changed my life. I am happy to say that I now have a considerable passive income stream. The team at BA are amazing and always very quick to answer your questions. The course itself is streamlined and easy to understand. The content is short and to the point so you can re-watch the videos anytime you need a refresh or just ask the question in the community.

Simon is a great resource. He and everyone that I've interacted with at Cryptoresults is knowledgeable and takes the time to break down complex principles in ways that a newbie like me can understand. They also have direct contact with the leadership at Bitsgap, so they can lobby on our behalf for improvements or fixes in their software. All around a great experience with these guys!

I have been using this system for two years now and despite that period being rather bearish I have doubled my investment. I started with no experience of crypto and it was a relatively steep learning curve for me, however there was always back-up from the community and Simon and Cameron (the course creators) to help with any problems or misunderstandings. Over the period of my involvement the course has evolved and simplified and been made very easy to put into action.

In response to some of the reviews on here I do not recognise the criticisms. There is a very strong support community that is constantly monitored by staff and the owners who will help with any query. Remember, as with any investment you need to give it time, this is not a 'how to make fast buck' system, but if you follow the course you will find it a safe and successful way of profit within the world of crypto.

They guy in the video is a joke. If he made so much money from crypto why is he living in a one room roof apartment full of cheap furniture. Think about it before you invest. No such thing as 5 to 25% returns per month with any automated system. Buyer beware.

So, I'm fairly new to this trading Bot system, but I've used other systems for some time. My favorite thing so far, is that I walked away from the Bot for about 10 days and when I returned it was basically in the same position, although the market went through the new Trump terrif volatility.

Not to mention the people in the group, both behind the curtain and in front, seem to be authentic.

Disappointing Experience with Unrealistic Promises
I am extremely disappointed with this course. It failed to meet expectations, and the promised returns of 5-25% were completely unrealistic. Despite months of effort, my portfolio didn’t grow. Each market downturn required me to inject more funds, compounding the losses instead of generating any meaningful returns.

When you factor in the high upfront fee for “lifetime access”, along with platform fees, trading fees, taxes, and the time required to learn and manage everything, the financial toll becomes overwhelming. Additionally, losses from delisted crypto coins and wild market swings only made things worse.

The leadership within the community was another letdown. During market downturns, the course leaders were absent for months, leaving only community members to support each other. When conditions improved, the leaders suddenly became active again. Any attempt to raise concerns was met with silence, and my messages requesting help were ignored. To make matters worse, I was banned from the community without explanation or refund.

The course promised weekly Zoom calls and "hold-your-hand" support, but neither were delivered consistently. The promised returns can only be achieved through high-risk investments, not through any reasonable or balanced strategies.

In summary, months of effort resulted in nothing but wasted time and money. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this course.

Through advertisements of Simon Mc Fayden I have been introduced with the Bitsgap Accelerator program. He promises passive income returns of 5% per month and above by using Bitsgap crypto bots, following their system and guidance.

In the advertisements and course it is neglected that your initial investment can and will drop with 60% to sometimes over 90% of its value. In stead they advise to only focus on the monthly bot returns.

The promised returns as a continuous passive income are unrealistic as the investment ranges are not always covering these price drops. This can result in months of no income until the price of the coin will rise back into these ranges. The widest range possible will not return the promised 5%.

There is also a risk of the invested coins being delisted on an exchange. This has happened to me and I lost 70% of my investment. No warning for this possibility in the course.

The promise was that I could make money with little to no knowledge of the crypto markets. After joining the program I found that it was all " Do your own research". It actually involves having to understand a lot about these coins.

After 6 months in, I still had a considerable loss on my initial investment, including the course fee and Bitsgap subscription fees.
When I raised my disappointment and concern on the matter in the community, my post was removed. I then was personally contacted and pointed to a "new" strategy.

Conclusion: The program does not deliver what it promises. Your investment value is guaranteed to drop significantly, and you will have to wait until the bots actually earn back your loss in investment. This may happen over a longer period of time, but can be compromised by delisting or the market dropping out of range ( likely in volatile markets). Definitely no guarantee of a continuous monthly passive income of 5% and over.

In stead of a passive income investment that needs little to no attention (as promoted), I have had a hands on negative experience and loss of investment.

$4800 USD paid - I was promised the following:
1. A passive income needing NO previous knowledge of crypto.
2. Advertised to produce 5-25% PROFIT per month in any market.
3. I was assured I would replace half of my income within a year using only a couple thousand $$$.
4. Continuous support and guidance from the owners.
5. Twice weekly calls with the owners as indicated in agreement.

What happened:
1. After 6 months I was just below breakeven EXCLUDING the extra fees I paid for the course, Bitsgap,, Trading view, trading fees.

2. I was flung into a community where the members are the ones helping each other gain the knowledge. There was almost no support from the owners and the same questions were asked time and time again.

3. When asking where the profits were, I kept getting told not to worry about the COST of the investment into EACH crypto coin bot, but to be happy with the “bot profit”! Anyone knows that profit is not profit if you don’t include the investment!

4. Was told that any coin with seemingly good % in the indicator, would be fine to use - not knowing anything about the actual coin itself. This resulted in people losing $$$ when coins were suddenly unlisted by the exchanges.

5. I spent an inordinate amount of time truly figuring out the technical aspects of the bot to fully understand the implications of each strategy.

6. Ended up having to do hours and hours of research to look into the tokenomics of each coin before setting up the bots. Definitely not passive!

7. Not one call was available from the owners in the entire 6 months I was there.

8. When asking for a refund, I was removed from the community.

It was overall a very disappointing and very expensive experience. I have not recovered my initial cost of the course. I have since completed other FREE courses from other platforms which are far more informative and professional.

EDIT** In response to the reply, this is indeed a genuine story and a verified testimonial. I maintained regular communication throughout the process.

Additionally, I was highly engaged in addressing recurring questions within the community platform, particularly by new members, which often relied on community members to provide support. I also participated in hosting weekly calls alongside other community members to fill a gap where no such resources were available.

During the initial inquiry into the course, I was informed that no prior knowledge of cryptocurrency was necessary and that minimal effort would be required. However, I quickly discovered that significant research was needed—particularly when issues arose, such as coins being delisted, which resulted in some individuals losing their investments.

After my removal from the group, I utilized the knowledge of the fundamentals of coins that I had gained after my own research, to buy and sell coins independently, successfully turning my $30,000 investment into $60,000 within three months.

Ultimately, I, along with eight other members, was removed from the group after we requested refunds following six months of applying the strategy and watching our accounts drop in value rather than grow. A simple refund would resolve this issue.

After incorrectly informing Trustpilot that I was not a paying customer of Cryptoresults, my review was removed. I was able to provide evidence of payment, and the review was reinstated.

It is notable that several 5-star reviews appeared shortly after the 1-star reviews were posted. The timing raises questions, as the system has not delivered the advertised 5%–25% monthly returns during the current bear market.

In a declining market, account balances are shrinking, and while the system may show 5%–25% returns on those reduced balances, the bots are also buying low-value tokens and selling USD as prices continue to fall.

Based on my experience, the required investment—roughly $9,000 AUD, including a one-year bot subscription—is not worth the time it takes to recover the initial cost before generating profit. A simpler approach, such as buying and holding cryptocurrency, would likely yield better results.

A refund would resolve these issues, but the company has refused, likely to avoid setting a precedent for other refunds.

Several customers initially contacted the company individually to request refunds but were denied. When we later approached them as a group, the company suggested individual discussions, which appeared to be an attempt to handle the situation on terms more favorable to them.

The individuals pursuing this complaint are responsible, middle-aged customers who were seeking a reliable retirement strategy. Unfortunately, the promises made by the company were not fulfilled, and we feel misled. Raising this issue is intended to prevent others from facing similar outcomes.
