CT could be perfect sneaker shop and it actually was before the 2001 error. Now I have to pay via PayPal, which makes the prices of all the products more expensive for me and actually pretty inconvinient also. I was true Crooked Tongues fan and promoter and I never was a PayPal fan. You forced me to use service which I dont usually use and really I found another online shop to buy from. Now I am purchasing from CT only if I cant find the certain model elsewhere and all that because you dont let me to use my card payment and forcing me to use PayPal. Thats all. If you want me back as a regular fix this problem. And I am sure that I am not alone in this.

Happened to check Crooked Tongues to see what's new and found that Converse had re-issued classic One Stars in leather and suede. Bought both immediately!!! Thanks CT... and thanks for your superb next day delivery, which meant I could lace up and bliss out.

Great experience, the sizing information was spot on (shoes fit slim but true to size), easy to put the purchase through and I was thrilled with the price.

I did buy with a guest profile though which was annoying for tracking the purchase, but everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

My experience was fine but the delivery let you down it took a week to arrive. As I work for asos and next day delivery.

I waited for some limited addition trainers to go on sale and logged on to their website at the release time. I placed the order and was very excited at the prospect of getting them. When they arrived they had sent the wrong item. I quickly emailed customer service. No reply. I then tweeted them for them to reply quickly. I then recieved an email from customer service. I replied straight away and recieved no reply. So I again tweeted them and got a reply. I was finally told the item I thought I had purchased was now out of stock. Obviously I was gutted. I would avoid!!!!!!! Ive had better dealings with one man bands on ebay.

Can't fault the service in anyway. Order came as promised-took the free delivery option and only waited a few days. Will be ordering again as soon as the bank balance allows!!

i had purchased Jordan XX9 from CT recently, it was all good, except that the transaction has been rejected by my credit companies (both HSBC and Amex) for reason i dont know, maybe it's setting of CT's account of payment.

and i wish CT would have more UK8.5 size sneakers in future.
