Takes the time

Really took the time to answer my questions. It's rare to get a direct line to leadership like Blake Wettengel and Tanya Muro... but they provided clarity over the DST investments. They offer student housing and multifamily, and you can choose which blend makes sense for you. As always, you should still consult a 3rd party like an attorney or financial advisor (ideally both!). No investment is perfect, and if you go into it with those expectations, you'll always be disappointed. Student housing is a resilient investment.

Poor management do not invest with them

I am writing to express serious concerns regarding my investment with Crew Enterprises. After entrusting them with a real estate investment, I have encountered significant issues that have resulted in a complete suspension of distributions, unexpected expenses, and even mortgage payment lapses—raising doubts about the management and financial stewardship of the investment. I do not recommend Crew Enterprises as a reliable investment manager. The firm’s conduct has placed investors at significant risk, undermined trust, and left critical financial obligations unresolved.

They Stole My Money

Crew Enterprises LLC (formerly known as Versity Investments LLC) and its principals, Blake Wettengel and Tanya Muro, are facing a $56 million lawsuit for fraud, misappropriation of investor funds, and breach of contract.

They never paid me a distribution on a DST i had, even when the property was over 95% leased. They added in partner fees as an expense to syphon money out of the property likely for personal use.

They even failed to make the loan payment and other payables putting the property at risk of foreclosure. Property is the Tailor Lofts student housing in Chicago.

These people are thieves I would not invest another penny with these crooks. I hope they are found guilty have to pay back what they stole from investors and go to jail.
