Great service and excellent communication throughout. They kept me updated and explained that my card would be delayed due to unexpected workshop issues, which I really appreciated.
They even refunded my order and still sent the card anyway. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond, and the quality of the card was fantastic. I’d happily order from them again.

Poor Quality and Customer Service
Purchased 3 x cards for my son at a
football event today. When we returned to our seats, my son was sat looking at his new cards and noticed a couple of scuff marks on the corners.
It should have been a simple enough swap for an undamaged card, however the man running the stall/shop refused to swap the card, accusing my son of damaging the cards himself. I explained that my son had sat down for 2 minutes after purchase and had simply been holding the cards, looking at the player stats, but still, we were refused a swap.
Rude and completely unreasonable. Disappointing. We have purchased these FC/Fifa cards from other providers with no issue in quality or customer service.
Won’t be using this company again and definitely won’t be recommending for future events.

We're very sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience and understand why you would be frustrated.
However, after reading your review, we believe it may have been left for the wrong company. We do not attend or operate stalls at football events and therefore would not have been involved in the interaction you have described.
While we do supply some independent vendors with our products, they operate as separate businesses and manage their own sales and customer service. We are not associated with the day-to-day running of their stalls or the decisions they make regarding exchanges and refunds.
We're genuinely sorry that you and your son had a negative experience, but unfortunately it does not appear to relate to a purchase made directly from us. If this review was intended for the event vendor, we would kindly ask that you consider updating or removing it so it reflects the correct business.
If, however, you believe your purchase was made directly from us, please contact us at info@createfut.com with any details you have, and we will be more than happy to investigate and assist.
We hope you're able to get the issue resolved with the correct retailer.

It is easier for me to just say avoid this company at all costs.
Non responsive via emails, and any messaging service, I did manage to find a phone number for one of the owners, and instead of helping, he was way more surprised and uncomfortable that I got the phone number.
This was just the start of it, the whole order process was terrible, no updates, no communication, this was for my sons birthday and after being weeks late, when it did arrive, the quality is just terrible.
It doesn’t look like the fifa cards I’ve seen from other websites, the numbers and text are not aligned, they aren’t even the same style as the real fifa cards my boy said.
Overall just a really bad experience, even if they offered me a refund (which they won’t) or a free card, I would pass on it.
Ignoring customers, especially when you must know these are for kids, it’s disgraceful.
I used another company and the quality was night and day, and they had it designed and delivered within 4 days. I’m not horrible enough to name drop another company, but I’d never ever use you again.

Firstly, we take the quality of our products very seriously. Our cards are produced using top-of-the-range commercial printing equipment, so the issues you've described are certainly not what we expect or aim to deliver.
We've also searched our system but, based on the information available in your review, we're unable to locate your order. If you could please send us your order number, the name used to place the order, or the email address associated with it, we'll investigate this as a priority.
You also mentioned that you managed to find a phone number for one of the owners and made contact. We are a little confused by this, as neither the owners nor anyone else at the company has received a phone call regarding an issue matching your description. If you have contacted a different number, or if there has been a misunderstanding, we'd appreciate the opportunity to clarify this as part of our investigation.
Unfortunately, over the past week we lost access to our email accounts, social media platforms and production systems due to an unforeseen technical issue. This has now been resolved and we are fully operational again. We sincerely apologise if this affected our communication with you and appreciate how frustrating that must have been, especially for a birthday gift.
If, after investigating, we find that the issue is on our end, we will of course offer a full refund or an appropriate resolution. Our goal is always to ensure every customer is happy with their order, and we'd genuinely appreciate the chance to make this right.

Placed my order, have tried several times to get in touch with this company, no contact number and no reply to my email, no tracking or ETA for delivery. I shouldn’t have to be chasing this considering I am giving you business. This was also for my son’s birthday; he would have loved it! Really disappointed and would like a refund & cancel. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected outage that affected our production systems and communications, which resulted in delays and prevented us from responding as quickly as we would have liked. I've checked all of our inboxes, including the junk and spam folders, and unfortunately we haven't received any emails from you. If you've sent them, they don't appear to have come through on our end.
Regarding your refund, this has been processed, but as it is being handled through Shopify, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.
If you're still having trouble getting hold of us, you're welcome to use hsmdesignsads@gmail.com. This isn't our primary business email and isn't actively monitored on a daily basis, but if it helps us stay in contact with you, we're more than happy for you to use it.
