Damaged goods
I apologize, I only speak English. The package was destroyed. Both books are completely water damaged and full of mildew. I will take pictures in case you follow up with me, but I will be unable to keep either book. The cording will be salvageable with a good soaking and drying.

Hi Arianna,
I have sent you an email about your damaged package, but will answer here too. ❤️ Of course you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a new shipment of everything! Damaged goods are never okay and I will take it up with FedEx myself so no need to do that on your part. If you haven’t seen my email, check your spam folder or I will try again tomorrow. 😊
So sorry that you had this experience! Hopefully we can work something out so you’ll get your books soon. 😘
Love,
Fanny
