Set up a website using this company over a year ago. It's easy to do and you get a free trial for a couple if weeks first. Customer service all great and answered any questions I had promptly. I can change my website content whenever I like and for someone with no experience in website design or high level IT skills it was easy enough to get to grips with.

I've been with Create since 2011 and have made several websites with them for friends. As well as a really nice and ever improving platform to use, there is also a personal element where you can feel those at Create and fellow Create users do want to see users get the most out of their sites. Their user guides are full of practical help and information and help can also be found via their closed facebook book for all Create users. We also have a designated account manager too always at the end of an email. I think Create and all involved are pretty awesome! :)

The support provided is second to none. Whenever we have a question or an issue, the team have it fixed for us within 24 hours. You pay a little more than some competitors, but you get real value for money! I would highly recommend Create to anyone!

I've had a website with Create for around 10 years now despite thinking I could never "build" my own website. It is super easy to use and on the occasions when I haven't been able to work out how to do something or had a query the query has been dealt with quickly and politely by a real person. I've rarely had to ask for help becuase it is so easy to use Create but when I have needed support it always been there for me in the form of a real person ! Unlike some other companies on the market, the flexibility of their templates means you can construct a bespoke and individual looking site. All of their software is simple and intuitive to use and if you do come across any hurdles during the process, their customer service is excellent. All questions are answered swiftly by friendly and knowledgable members of staff and are usually accompanied by easy to follow tuition videos. I've just completed my 2nd website build with them and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
