Excellent job. Really pleased. Employed Mark to install smart thermostat and hub as didn’t know where to begin on the system we had. He was knowledgeable and offered great advice. Very efficient and made sure that I understood how to use before leaving. I’ve also asked about other services since we will definitely be using Mark again in the near future.

Mark came to repair a few problems with my boiler. He did a wonderful job no messing around got the job done. I'm super happy and will use again in the future.

Replacement of 26 year old floor mounted gas boiler by wall mounted version in different location. This included also new pump, plus replacement of 52 year old hot water cylinder & immersion heater. New water & gas pipes had to be laid to new boiler location and to new pump now in the airing cupboard. Bedroom floorboards were lifted & replaced very carefully.

The job took five days, but owner, Mr. Gay, on his own worked systematically, but unhurredly throughout. The removal of a kitchen wall cabinet, to make space for the new boiler, was an extra, which was agreed. I've used it only on HW or CH boost for 30 mins only, when needed. Early days, but working well, thus far. Winter will provide the proper test.
I am happy to use Mr. Gay again for the annual maintenance.

Mark was prompt and helped me out after being let down. He fitted the gas hob with ease and was quick tidy and polite.

Mark was the only engineer who actual came and visited rather than do quote via video call. As a result he was able to offer a bespoke service, at a much better price than say British Gas or even HomeServe. It has been almost four months now and I have had no issues. Mark was extremely friendly and professional, on time and incredibly tidy. The experience we had was fantastic from start to finish.
He replaced the old boiler for a new combi unit and replaced the radiators and removed all the old tanks. The work came in on budget, ahead of time and we felt extremely comfortable and confident with Mark, have already booked additional work with him and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Mark came round to do a service as we had a leak from the boiler that was coming through the ceiling. He pointed out the issues with the boiler and priced up doing replacements. He also priced up a new boiler and recommended that a new boiler made more sense due to the cost of replacement parts and the fact we would get a 10-year warrantee with the new one, but he did not push either option. Doing my own research his advice seemed most appropriate and we went ahead with the new boiler. Mark always answered any questions I had throughout the process and was very knowledgeable. He installed the new boiler quickly and went through everything about it so I could get a better understanding. I would recommend Mark and will be using him going forward with any other heating related problems that we may have.
