Christmas present and late present to myself

Bought my father a Minelab X Terra elite as a Christmas present for delivery but checked to see where Crawfords were based and they were close enough to go pick it up.

Emailed them and this was not a problem and had the metal detector in my possession within a hour

Thought I fancied a one myself so purchased a Minelab Manticore on Sunday 12 December 2025 and it was properly delivered on 14 December

Great service

Very efficient service

Very efficient service. Great choice of products. I received a phone call letting me know there was a problem with an item I had ordered. I decided to reorder later and I received a refund. Great service rather than just not sending it! My second order from this company and there will be more as I get into the hobby. Thank you

Hello James, we've contacted you via email regarding this issue, and are sorry that you were not called back when the item came into stock. This was an oversight on our part for which we apologise. We are developing new systems to ensure that we do not make this mistake in future wherever possible.
