I listed an RV and immediately started getting scammed and multiple times. This is a very unsafe place to sell and I will never list on this site again. This site needs to do better to ensure the safety of users. I was shocked at how it's changed over the years!

Have been using CL for a few years and it has really helped me connect with some folks during the pandemic and beyond. But lately, there are trolls flagging posts for no great reason. Or if there is an understandable reason, there are not helping. It's almost as if a bunch of 12 year old boys with no social skills have taken over. If their persistence continues, the site will soon be unusable.

Can't agree more with the complaints of everything being flagged for removal no matter how benign and clean the post is. What's up CL?

I tried to post my puppies on Craigslist for rehoming and I was red flagged immediately. I didn't break any of their rules. They say no selling animals and they left a post on there saying dog for sale. There is something not right with this website.

CL is out of control with flagging everything. I am posting a legit post and I get flagged immediately, easy to do when they hide behind a computer or have AI doing it. A cesspool that is for sure!!

Well I tired to place another add on Craigslist it was immediately flagged for removal. I am a legitimate person just looking for a room to rent in Dandridge, Tennessee. The scammers can post adds on Craigslist and they never get flagged. My best advice is stay away from Craigslist

Craigslist is an absolute cesspool of OVERPOSTERS and flaggers. You can't send any complaints about the overposters because they do absolutely nothing about it. Posts get flagged for no reason or someone doesn't get the deal they want so they flag your post. Complete joke. I don't even know how this is still up and running.... Hopefully it will go down as fast as CNN is 👍👍

Went by guidelines and still taking my post down. But scammers are using it. Cause I am flooded with scams now. They remove legit post but not the scammers. So if you want to run a scam this is the site for you. If you are legit...NEVER USE IT.

If I could give this so-called company a Zero I would have done so today. Very disorganized and they should close their doors to be honest. Many others had negative experiences with them. My advice is don't waste your time with craigslist, its a complete JOKE!

AWFUL, KEEPS REMOVING MY POSTS. MOST ARE POSTS THAT I PREVIOUSLY USED AND THEN TRIED MAKING A NEW POST AND THAT'S REMOVED ALSO. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE IMPOSSIBLE; THE "START NEW THREAD" DOESN'T WORK WHEN TRYING TO INQUIRE IN THE FORUM. GARBAGE

First CL states NO PORN, NO Prostitution, NOTHING SEXUAL BUT it in their postings.

They also state NO PET SALES but you can REHOME for under about $150.00.

NO STUD SERVICE and their rules and regulations go on and on.

So months ago I sent them an message on their site, yet still the ads go on and on. So I started FLAGGING those ads along with others and tonight, December 6, 2024 CRAIGSLIST BLOCKED ME for FLAGGING postings they should have cut off because many have been up for weeks and months yet, Craigslist does nothing, but they blocked me?

Maybe they should be paying us for the job they are NOT DOING!

There are WAY too many scammers, spammers and phishers on this platform! I am not sure how they can clean this up but it has gotten so bad I would not recommend this platform to anyone. Furthermore, they want to charge a fee for certain items! Ugh! There are better ways to sell not Craigslist!

Craigslist is a horrible platform that only promotes Scammers & Backyard Breeders!!! Any legitimate breeder or business that makes a post are immediately Flagged. STAY AWAY FROM CRAIGSLIST FOR PETS!

I went to post a question on the CL "Help" forum and noted a very reasonable question from someone and the "help" people just annihilated this poor person with sarcastic comments and insults. We need to bring these mo fo's down now. You reap what you sow. There are a lot of alternatives to CL now. Take your money elsewhere and go some place professional that appreciates your business.

Have been paying for years. On my dashboard, ads show up. But not on searches, even from my own device.

UPDATE: In December 2024, caught them shadow banning my ads twice, and has not provided two promised refunds, as well.

I rented this"lovely" 1 bedroom apartment from this woman that was also a relator. I paid my security deposit and rent way before it was due. It turned into a month nightmare with her screaming at me that I was evicted. She is watching you with doorbell cameras, harassing you on where to park and still hasn't returned my security deposit. Read the rental agreement carefully. I am a retiree living on social security. I need my deposit returned. Do a background check on this landlord before you sign the agreement. If she can't control you, she will evict you.
