The product I ordered arrived a little later than originally scheduled but I was notified about the delay within a couple of days. This was OK with me as I wasn't in a hurry to receive the item. When it arrived everything was in order and the cleaner is working fine.

The company is in Ireland, dealing in Euro, with customer service in Ireland. When unsure how to use their website, customer service contacted me to make sure I was alright. Product was delivered in timely fashion through a courier with an option of delivery re-direction. The company offered after sales service and was interested in my feedback in return for a discount voucher for future purchases.

Very very very slow returns policy
Ordered item, took 19 days to arrive, was slightly defective so immediately iniated return, had to wait about 6-7 weeks for refund. Reasonable communication & have received refund but the amount of time it took was just ridiculous, would never risk buying from them again
