I placed an order for a Karcher k7 on 21/03/2024. Site was showing a delivery time of 5-7 days when i placed the order. I checked the site the following day after placing the order and the status was showing as Early April for stock. I thought this was strange so I queried it. Was told that my order was a backorder for delivery in early April when the Karcher stock comes in. This certainly wasn't the case when I made the order and I wouldn't have if i'd known. And the only reason i know about the delay is because i queried it. They are refunding my money but that's another 5 working days. Real lack of transparency and wasted time for no reason.

Fast delivery excellent price

The quality of the product I was purchasing was never in doubt as its a quality brand, but more than happy with Craigmore's customer service; I placed my order on a Wednesday at midday and had the courier at my door at 11.00am the following morning.

The responce with my order was pretty good. The only thing 8 would recommend is better packaging as my car ramp extensions arrived with lots of scratches on them due to no packaging at all - only tape
