Delivered but ...
The item was left at the start of the driveway without bothering ringing the door or leaving it closer to the door. Noticed the presence of the item later. Don't feel good about this.

Not worth it
Left a review over 2 years ago, and despite a reply stating improvements are being made, this isn't the case. Order a power tool battery, took a while to get here, shipping process is very slow and tracking doesn't update then suddenly the package is delivered.
Their system does not work well, received no email stating item has shipped. Received an email today 9 days AFTER I received the item stating it has been shipped. Completely irrelevant at this stage.
Prices don't even beat other businesses so there's no incentive for buying here. Purchased the same thing from Amazon UK and used An post address pal and it was cheaper, even with the added VAT and processing fee from an post on top of the item price. And it arrived quicker.
Won't be ordering from here again, don't know why I did this time.

Never received any ordered products or tracking information
Never received any ordered products, tracking information or a message of the carrier (DPD) that there was a delivery attempt. We apparently were not home and this was enough for them to send it back to the sender, if I may believe this. But I do not have the tracking no. so. Anyway, I am just sad my order did not make it after 8 weeks of waiting.
