What a five star service. We couldn’t have wished for better. Though I booked very early and quite a few dates provided did not go ahead. Craig and Jodi were patient and understanding. When eventually that move did go ahead, the guys who moved us were helpful, friendly and very professional. They just got on with the job. Also I could not move onto the house I bought for another week, they stored my whole house then delivered the following week. A different team but the same friendly and professional service. I would not hesitate to refer Craig Removal’s to all. Which I did for my Aunt and Uncle and they experienced the same excellent five star service.

I was impressed with how pro-active the company was from the first contact enquiry. Having a personal touch and going the extra mile means a lot when moving house - it's stressful enough. I liked the website as it's easy to navigate and includes all the details in an easy to understand format. On the removal day everything went very smoothly. The team were pleasant and polite. We walked though each room and discussed the plan of action. The move went very well. Couldn't have asked for more. Many thanks.

From the initial phone call to the time the team left us in our new home, everything was straight forward and well done with Craig and the team.
Craig came to give us a quote which was competitively priced and on the day the team worked hard to pack up, travel and unpack quickly and efficiently. They were very careful with our new cream carpet too!

Craig, Jodie and the team were absolutely amazing relocating us from Cheshire to Lancashire. They were so helpful, hardworking, reliable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Their packing was brilliant, really taking care of everything. They relocated furniture in our new home to the right rooms, working long hours. It was a tricky move due to access at the new place, which they navigated with ease. We trusted them implicitly. They made a stressful event easy. We hope to never move again but if we did we’d be using them! Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you team.

The whole process ran smoothly from start to end, Craig agreed a cost, cost was approved, date and time set no hiccups and everything went as planned, the 2 guys on site, didn't get their names but very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend their services.
