No where to sit and way to over crowded horrible place

Min mobil blev stulen vid säkerhetskontrollen (mitt eget fel). Fick så mycket hjälp av personal. De sökte på plats, tittade på övervakningsfilm och hittade tjuven. Vakter och polis hämtade honom och han förnekade livligt. Mobilen var kvarlämnad på ett café och hämtades. Sån underbar lättnad. Fantastisk personal, fantastisk hjälp. Tror aldrig det hänt i Sverige. Var mitt i danskt krim när det är som bäst!

Terminal 3, gates E have no coffee shops, lounge ir whatsoever to buy some basic products. Limited ti machines selling coffees and few 7 eleven products. Disappointing

Lack of seating and food options. Poor signage in terms of telling you where food courts are. I had to settle for a sandwich from 7eleven.

Absolutely horrible

Regn altid med at stå en time ved bagagebåndet når du kommer hjem fra ferie, lige så sikkert som amen i kirken.

Skulle igennem Security , alt var lagt op på båndet i div. Kasser, kabinekuffert, bælte, jakke og mobiltelefon m. m.. alligevel var tonen fra de purunge “ betjente” ubehagelig militaristisk og man følte sig mistænkeliggjort. Der var intet at komme efter overhovedet, jeg rejser ofte og kender reglerne. Men virkelig grelt og meget ubehageligt. Er det efterhånden sådan grim oplevelse man skal igennem for at rejse med fly?

Snavset, ikke toiletter nok, dårlig service og i dag, ikke en lufthavn, men et shoppingcenter. En af verdens dårligste lufthavne

Passport control is a joke. One booth open for non EU. She was taking an age with each passenger. Won’t be coming back to Denmark any time soon through Copenhagen. It’s a mess.

Terrible experience flying home. Arrived at airport 2.5 hours prior to flight departure. Passed through security OK. Made our way to the departure gate to arrive for boarding 40 minutes prior to departure, only to find an incredibly long queue for border control exit. There were only 2 border control guards processing about 300 people with the new biometric system. I had a young child with me and we had a late flight. There are literally no signs anywhere in the airport informing passengers that there are long queues (in this case 2 hours) for exit border control just prior to the departure gates. On arrival at the queue I asked the airport staff member - Mr Tarin - if I and my young child could be assisted with getting through the border control so we didn't miss our flight. The staff member was incredibly unhelpful and said no and that we had to just wait our turn in the queue and that the flight would wait for us. This turned out to be untrue and we of course missed our flight along with about 40 other people! The border control staff were incredibly slow and made no efforts to get passengers through more efficiently. To make matters worse, there were no other flights until the following day and we were advised by the airline departure gate staff to return back through border control to landside to go to the assistance desk to arrange flight transfers. But on returning to the border control it was now, unbelievably, closed. There were literally no staff around or anything open or even proper signage, to assist me and my young child, who was along with myself, exhausted and very stressed as we walked for miles around the huge airport trying to find a way out. We eventually found another border control that we got back to landside through and trudged to the assistance desk as we had been advised to do, only for them to tell us that they couldn't assist us and didn't know why we had been sent to them. Eventually, around 3 hours after the flight had left and more wondering around, at around midnight, we found one very nice man who helped me book flights for the following day. Of course I had to pay for these. I also had to arrange myself for an expensive overnight stay at an airport hotel as my young child was barely able to keep his eyes open at this point and there was nowhere in the airport suitable for him to lie down. I ended up incurring an extra £600 because of this not to mention it was massively stressful and exhausting. I have flown hundreds of times all over the world and never encountered such a shambolic system with such unhelpful staff.

The worst airport in the world, as far as I know regarding bagage handling. With a normal waiting time never less than 40 minutes and up to 1 hour.

Har særligt fra kvindeligt ansatte oplevet mangel på venlighed og hjælpsomhed. Min egen vurdering er at de ikke kan forvalte den magtposition de har i security særlig godt, men der kan være andre forklaringer på ubehjælpsom service og grim, konfronterende tone.

Vel nok en af de værste lufthavne i Europa. Alt for lang ventetid. Alt foregår i slowmotion og personal ubehøvlet og inkompetente

Fortsat en superfin facade. Med betjening i butikkerne der lader meget tilbage samt en bagagehåndtering der lugter af fagforening. Køen ved indtjekning og security er håbløs lang og altid med mange ubetjente skranker selvom der er meget lang passagerkø. Håbløst at klage for hvem er egentlig ansvarlig?

The airport is clean and plenty of hospitality options. Passport control was a joke. Only 1 person checking eu passports and 1 person checking all passports. It was a very slow and time consuming process.

The passport stamping lines are horrendously long because they don’t staff enough people. Had a 1hr wait to get to the official
