CPAP Online’s prices are attractive

CPAP Online’s prices are attractive, but the after-sales support is extremely poor. If you want the comfort of having good after sales service, this is not the place.

My $2,200 Löwenstein Prisma20A (bought Nov 2024) developed a fault: the touch screen stopped responding. CPAP Online has no support phone number. The only option is to lodge an online ticket. I lodged mine on Thursday morning and heard nothing until Tuesday.

For a medical device people rely on every night, a ticket-only service isn’t good enough. Under Australian Consumer Law, the retailer is responsible for faulty goods, so they can’t just drag out the process.

Tip for other buyers: contact Löwenstein directly. They replied the same day and my repair is now underway. That’s the service I expected from the company I paid.

I’ve since seen other reviews on this company describing the same problem with trying to get a response.

I bought a cpap machine that arrived…

I bought a cpap machine that arrived with loud internal noise. I contacted support and they take a week with every email response. I asked Rob if there was a faster way to resolve this or I would like a refund and now there is no response. I wouldnt buy from these rogues again.

Reasonable pricing

I bought a new mask as mine was to old and broke, my usual place wanted $200 but got my mask from Cpap online for$143.10 free post, so I was rather happy with the savings specially while things are tight the delivery was really quick, I also get tips emailed to me that is genuine service Thank-you for all the help and for being cheaper than other places.I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Cpap online to anyone
