The customer service I received from…

The customer service I received from Kyle has been extremely good. I am looking forward to receiving my delivery this week having discussed a faster delivery time due to needing the purchases before the weekend. Kyle was very polite and I can’t fault the service received so far! I Love Cox & Cox products, always such good quality.

Missing items and poor customer service

Ordered 4 stools. Only 3 delivered. No response to emails. Finally managed to speak to someone after calling several times and getting cut off after 10 mins. Spoke to a lady who told me it will ‘probably turn up’. I requested that the missing item be shipped again and asked that a confirmation email be sent, or she call me once she’s ‘looked into it’. No email. No call. Going to try and get my money back via credit card now which is surely not good for a business?! I love their products but just can’t trust the service. Disappointing
My order number is: 002585182. Please arrange for my missing stool to be delivered and hopefully restore my faith in your company!
*Update. I’ve updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars as since writing the first review Mo from Customer services got n touch. I now have all my stools, thank you.
I’ve only given 3 stars though as getting a response from customer services shouldn’t be this hard. I’m very wary about using cox and cox again due to this which is a shame as there are lots of things I’d like to buy.

Terrible customer service which is a real shame

Ordered a dinner service which is lovely. One of the pasta bowls was damaged and it’s a nightmare trying to get it sorted. Small problem but they are terrible to get in touch with. I rung and spoke to Kyle he asked for photo evidence which I sent on e mail. Heard nothing not acknowledging of the e mail at all.called again to chase up and was offered a discount against the product! Really!! I said no I want a replacement please. Still received nothing a week later. Called again can’t get through so left a message, then also tried live chat which was never available only allows you to leave a message which I have done twice. This is just a very small issue but really bad customer service, it takes nothing to get it sorted. So leaving this review in the hope that someone picks it up and deals with it.
EDIT: So after this review Kelly got in touch and apologised and sorted the issue promptly. Just a shame I had to write a bad review to get anyone to do anything. The dinner service bought is lovely and bought in the sale too!

Professional and respectful

I am very happy to recommend Mr. Joshua for his excellent assistance and kindness throughout the process. He was always respectful, honest, patient, and willing to arrange several viewings until I found the right property.

Joshua made everything easy to understand and was always helpful whenever I had questions. He recommended Gold Solicitors, which was very useful and helped me move forward with confidence.

He knows how to handle customers professionally, make them feel comfortable, and solve problems quickly. His positive attitude and dedication made the whole experience much less stressful.

I expected far better from Cox & Cox

I expected far better from Cox & Cox. I paid over £1,000 for two outdoor wooden chairs, yet in less than a year they have warped badly and the wood has become discoloured - They look closer to 30 years old!

When I contacted customer services, I was simply told that because they were nearly a year old, I should “varnish them.” That’s not an acceptable solution for premium-priced outdoor furniture. At this price, I expect products to last for years, not deteriorate within a single season.

Very disappointing quality and equally disappointing customer service. I won’t be buying from Cox & Cox again.

We do state via our care guide that certain steps are required to maintain the furniture and the original colour such as refreshing the PU coating by lightly sanding the surface and reapplying the finish.

I previously removed my two negative…

I previously removed my two negative reviews after Kelly called me personally on 17.06.26, apologised, and issued a refund. During that conversation, Kelly also agreed to reimburse my return postage, which came to just under £30.

Unfortunately, despite sending three follow-up emails and providing copies of my postage receipts as requested, I’m still waiting for the refund. There has been no resolution or communication.

I genuinely thought the company had redeemed themselves by taking responsibility and resolving the issue, which is why I removed my earlier reviews. Sadly, they’ve failed to follow through on what was promised, leaving me disappointed all over again.

Helpful customer service

I brought four mother of pearl handles for my new wardrobes. I didn’t buy them at the same time as the wardrobes as I wanted something a little special. I found these handles on the Cox and Cox instagram site and thought they were so pretty, so I ordered them in there summer sale. They arrived and I was excited to open them. However one had a divot out of the mother of pearl. So I made contact with them through email at customer services as I would like a replacement. The first email I was offered a discount however I didn’t want that I wanted a replacement so I replied and then I got a reply from Myrie who was very helpful and sorted me out the replacement and it is being shipped to me, as they listened to my request. So fab customer service. (Which doesn’t always happen)They were very helpful and sorted the issue without any added stress.
Incase you are thinking of ordering the handles they are irregular and look handmade which makes them extra special and more bespoke. I can’t wait for the other one to turn up and to get them fitted.

First experience with this company

First experience with this company , I expected them to be professional.
The delivery company they used failed on all levels.
3 hour delivery turned into 8 hour and failed to deliver or communicate.
No customer service untill Monday.
Very bad service.

Issue with order for Garden furniture set

Cancelled order due to untrusted dates…

Cancelled order due to untrusted dates on the 20th of June.
It’s now the 2nd of July and no refund yet!
Ovoid this company I don’t know what’s happened to them but they are really bad now

While we are unable to comment on individual cases in detail, please rest assured that we take all feedback very seriously. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and to protect both our customers and the business, and every case is handled in line with this process.

Once we are notified that an order should be closed and refunded, the refund is processed back to the original payment method via our payment provider. This process can take up to 10 working days to complete, although in most cases refunds are received much sooner, often within around 3 working days.

I can see that a similar refund is currently being processed and is now on day 3.

I do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. At this stage, I’m afraid I’m unable to expedite the process further, but I appreciate your patience while it completes.

I made a complaint about my outside…

I made a complaint about my outside table weathering really bad in just 5 months even though we have covered it up with covers in poor weather. Zoya in Your costumer service was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and emailed me immediately and with a great outcome.

Waited 3 weeks for a set to be…

Waited 3 weeks for a set to be delivered. Told the week it was due for delivery that the furniture “didn’t pass quality control”. I advised I would wait for it to come into stock, then to be told they don’t plan on stocking it again.

Think twice before ordering from this website

Posting again because it seems this is the only way to get any attention from this company.

I ordered two bar stools from Cox & Cox, but only one was delivered. I've contacted customer service multiple times, yet the issue still hasn't been resolved.

After my previous post here, I received an email from customer service asking for my order number. I provided it straight away, but since then I've been completely ignored. It feels like they only responded publicly to make it look as though they care, while in reality they have done nothing to resolve the problem.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and I have been left without the item I paid for and with no meaningful support.
