Had a great air rifle shooting session for my self and my 10 year old nephew with Angus last week.
County Clays is easy to find, in the beautiful grounds of Dunkeld House Hotel. The set up is professional, great fun and gets competitive at the end when you are shooting for highest score! Angus made the session fun, exciting and interesting.

Friday 27 March myself and my partner had a fantastic time here at county clays which is situated in the grounds of the Dunkeld House Hotel

and Rhys who by the way shoots competitively for Wales
The last time I had shot clays was probably 40 years ago
As for my partner Hellen this was her 1st time after some instruction from Davey in the reception area we were taken to the shooting area Davey and Rhys were fantastic taking the time to make sure we were completely comfortable with the process and saftey precautions .What a hoot Hellen was amazed that she found herself shooting a shot gun and hitting the clays Davey’s encouragement and sense of her achievement was clear to see
Absolutely fantastic can’t recommend this experience enough and we’re certainly going to make a return trip

Brilliant first experience clay pigeon shooting. My son and husband loved every minute with Cyril who was a great instructor. Definitely recommend it, beautiful location in Dunkeld.

First time clay pigeon shooting as a family. County clays set in beautiful Perthshire countryside, we were welcomed by Cyril our instructor, who made our experience even more enjoyable, very friendly and his excellent instructions and guidance made us all feel at ease. Would highly recommend County Clays and our instructor Cyril.

Had always wanted to try clay pigeon shooting and got the opportunity with County Clays on March 14th. Turned out to be the best experience from start to finish. On arrival was warmly welcomed and introduced to Cyril, my instructor. Went through all safety procedures then off to shoot the clays, in different settings: Pheasants, Partridges, Ducks etc.,
Cyril is a great instructor, clear instructions but also very easy to speak with, which made the experience all the better, especially for a beginner. Would most definitely do again and highly recommend County Clays and especially Cyril.

Just attended the Super Sporting Friday competition. 50 very testing clays, shot in a format similar to compact, but over different layouts. Good fun, good company and very good value. Thanks to Charlie for his patience, I am looking forward to going back.....

This clay pigeon shooting experience was the icing on the cake for our mini break to Scotland. John was an awesome instructor - his instruction quickly reminded me how to shoot after a 20 year break :) John was brilliant with our 12 year old, who loved his first go at clay pigeon shooting. John made sure there were lots of shots on target - awesome!!! My wife was allowed to watch and take score....there were lots of different stands e.g. replicating pigeons, pheasants, ducks etc etc We loved the friendly, ultra professional and effective service - top marks!

Fabulous experience.
Under the watchful eyes of Eddie who showed unending patience with the amateur's in his care, we gained skills we didn't know possible. (And a few kick back bruises for not listening to the instructions :) ) Thanks, hope we can manage again soon.
