If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I dealt with a person named Ron. Rude sarcastic and over all a scammer. Never received my order, when I contacted them, they just brushed me off as if I'm the stupid one. I thought the company was based in Australia, clearly I was wrong. Do not purchase from them. Absolutely a scam.

Ordered with them because of the .com.au address however they are based in europe so the order took 4 weeks to arrive and are so badly made the handmade symbol is illegible. So they said they would replace - another 4 weeks and they are just as bad. Have asked for refund - wont hold my breath.

Goods ordered & paid - waited a month - contacted CottonTrends - laundry list of excuses why order hadn’t arrived - @5 weeks contacted them again - a more defensive, slightly sarcastic response this time - gave up, claimed & received a refund from PayPal.

To my surprise at nearly 7 weeks later the labels did indeed arrive….. great, except l needed them weeks ago.

* Today CottonTrends sends me an email confirming my original ‘September’ order and asking for payment to proceed with order. What a joke.

Lessons learned:
*Always read reviews FIRST.
*Where possible use a safeguard payment system like PayPal.
*Don’t assume (like l did) an online business ending with .com.au is an Australian business your dealing with.

UPDATE: Labels have finally arrived. Not cotton of course, some cheap polyester. And the paper tags look dirty and came with a bag of string that I have to cut to length and thread myself. Never again.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered my labels. My experience is exactly the same. I thought it was an Australian company. Still waiting for my labels that I assumed were cotton. If I ever get them I'll find out!
AVOID THEM - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

AVOID this business. Deceptive advertising, despite a dot com.au web address they are not based in Australia. 3 weeks and still waiting for my labels. They reply with paragraphs of waffle blaming everyone but themselves. Looks like it’s going to take 7 or 8 weeks. AVOID them, wish I’d never ordered with them.

I bought labels a month ago and still haven't received the labels. They promote the business as if they are an Australian company, therefore the delivery would be quick, they also sent me an email with 15 days delivery timeframe, but after a month they are not able to know where my parcel is, nor provide the tracking number or giving me the refund. Their explanation is that they can't provide something they don't have (tracking number) that they are sorry about, and no answer at all in regards to the refund, which hasn't been made after three days of asking for it. Below is their response when I told them that I wasn't joking about the refund.
"Me neither. How can I know without track and trace? I have as little information as you. I am not the carrier. We just have to wait and see says the carrier.

They respond with different names, this one was Ron, the previous email was Aukje, and so on. They are nothing but scammers

Terrible customer service and misleading when it comes to shipping and the product. My cotton labels arrived and are not cotton, they are scratchy polyester. At the checkout I paid for shipping with NZ with NZ post so I was surprised when I was told they might take up to 30 days to arrive. They didn’t take that long but I was about the report the transaction as I assumed it was a scam. I emailed customer service who could not provide tracking and did not take it well when I told them their website misled me to think they were a local business. Will not order again. Rip off for a bad product.

Extremely aggregated with this company. I love the labels. However my last order has taken more than 2+ months to come. Usually takes 7 weeks, which I is frustrating enough. However, I paid with PayPal and accidentally put the wrong state but the rest of the address was correct. They won’t budge and say it will take longer as it was my bad that I put the wrong state. They don’t provide tracking details, so you cannot redirect the mail. I won’t be ordering from them again. They are not sending from Australia, the labels are sent from another country. This company needs some readjusting.

I love their fold over tags and have ordered through them twice. I’d give 5 stars if the shipping times were better. The last labels took 19days and I missed a deadline. Will look for somewhere within Australia (or order well in advance)

Jeg har købt 2 forskellige mærker til påsyning i veganskind med mit eget logo på. Og jeg synes det er så fine varer 👍 og til en rimelig pris. Det eneste, og grunden til, at jeg ikke har givet 5 stjerner, er at der er lidt lang leveringstid. Men jeg er yderst tilfreds.

After ordering sew-on labels online I received them within nine days, however they misspelt the name! I have tried in vain for them to replace the labels. Despite multiple emails and completing their online form (there is no telephone contact) I got no reply. Eventually I emailed the Netherlands email, and suddenly I got a response asking me to send a photograph of the label. I sent the photograph and have received not response, and no replacement labels. I would avoid this company like the proverbial plague.

Despite everything on their website implying that they're Australian and ship from within Australia... your order comes from the Netherlands! No wonder I was waiting FAR longer than you'd expect, it was international! "Express service" my butt! I deliberately went with an Australian company so I DIDN'T have to wait for international shipping. And their "Customer service" is atrocious. They'll blame you any which way they can, or just not answer your questions. There's not even the suggestion of politeness.

I am having an awful experience with them. Unprofessional service, I have been waiting for over a month for my order and they have send me unprofessional emails back telling me to be patient. As a business owner I would never tell my costumers to be patient, instead apologize and offer all support. I spend nearly $100 during lockdown with them and regret this so much. I asked for a refund as my order has never arrived I have send an email over 24h ago and haven't had a reply just yet, will see..

So misleading, they claim they are an Australian company but they are not! Shipping took forever and their customer service people were SOOOO unhelpful. 1/5 stars could not recommend.

Fob offs from customer services telling me to “be patient”.
“Cotton” labels are only cotton backed, the face of the label that is printed on, is a low quality synthetic interfacing that melts if you iron it.
Print quality poor. Colours not true.

Labels come on a sheet that you have to snip off and fold yourself. I get better quality printing from my £79 home laser jet printer.
Would rather just print onto tyvek and cut out myself.

This company and website is completely misleading. They make out that they are located in Australia but are actually based in the Netherlands. Therefore the turnaround time is significantly longer than what they claim. I’ve been waiting for six weeks for my order. Very unimpressed!!
